Abstract: A drainage system is configured for draining water or other liquid intrusion in to building structure openings, access routes, including fenestration, door or window products. Embodiments include adjustable height drainage systems that are vertically adjustable to controllably place the height of the drainage system above, below or flush with one or more surrounding floor or fenestration portal surfaces. One or more adjustable members controllably move and position the cover with respect to the drainage system body. Drainage systems are readily accessible for service and/or adjustment of the drainage system without removal or disassembly of a fenestration product.

Abstract: A system and methods for mapping price and location of tickets in an event venue are described. An interactive event venue seat map is provided by a network-based system that implements an online marketplace for tickets for upcoming events. The interactive event venue seat map enables sellers to view pricing information and transaction information for both sold and current event listings for any section or zone in an event venue. The interactive event venue seat map allows sellers to browse and click on sections to see sold and listed data for any section and zone in the event venue and to compare a proposed sale price to available pricing information of sold and current event listings in comparable sections. Manual or motor driven movement of the door panel 10, 10a can automatically move an actuation mechanism 50, 50a to extend the seals around the door. The sealing member 40 can include weather stripping, brush or another seal element 42 that is extended into sealing contact with a floor 6 or other surface. Multiple door panels 10, 10a including the sealing system can be arranged to form a door panel system 11.

Abstract: A recessable rotary sliding door handle system provides for comfortable movement of a door or fenestration product with enough durability and strength for everyday use on a large door product. The handle system can include one or two recessable handles with comfortable grips, with balanced weighting to allow the handles to maintain an exposed usable configuration position when swiveled about its axis. In an exposed configuration, the handle is open and accessible for opening and closing a door. In a recessed configuration, the handle is closed to provide a clean appearance and allow the fenestration product to completely pocket within a walled enclosure.
