  • Publication number: 20190130270
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for tensor manipulation within a reconfigurable fabric using pointers. A first tensor is obtained for processing on a reconfigurable fabric comprised of a plurality of processing, storage, and switching elements. A first agent is deployed on one or more of the plurality of processing elements of the reconfigurable fabric. The first tensor is manipulated by the first agent. The results of the manipulating the first tensor are stored in a storage element external from the first agent. A pointer is provided to a second agent deployed on one or more of the plurality of processing elements of the reconfigurable fabric, wherein the pointer identifies an address of the storage element at which the first tensor is stored. A transfer buffer is used between the first agent and the second agent within the reconfigurable fabric to facilitate tensor transfers between the first agent and the second agent.

  • Publication number: 20180223548
Abstract: A catwalk system having a pair of side trusses formed of a top chord and bottom chord connected by a plurality of vertical posts and diagonal posts. The bottom chords have a plurality of joints formed of a bottom plate, opposing side plates and wing plates that form a pocket. These pockets receive an end of floorbeams which are bolted to the side plates. The bottom plate also includes a wind brace section that receives an end of a diagonal wind brace therein. The fabricated side trusses are shipped to the job site where the catwalk is quickly and easily assembled by aligning a pair of side trusses in parallel space alignment and installing floorbeams in the pockets of opposing joints. To provide additional rigidity diagonal wind braces are installed in a zig-zag formation between diagonally opposite joints. This arrangement provides a quickly assembled catwalk that requires minimal assembly.

  • Patent number: 10001097
Abstract: A fuel injection apparatus for a piston engine includes a fuel injector body in which an injector needle is provided, which injector needle is arranged to prevent or allow fuel injection flow from the injection apparatus based on the position of the injector needle. The position is effected by a pressurized control fluid so that by applying the pressurized control fluid the needle may be urged towards its closed position and by reducing the pressurized control fluid the needle may be allowed to move away from its closed position. The injection apparatus includes a flow path for the control fluid, wherein the flow path for the control fluid comprises a restriction section providing a restriction effect to the control fluid flow. The restriction section includes at least one temperature-effected member providing a temperature-dependent restriction effect.
