Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing disaster relief event call flagging. The system, method, and computer program product are configured to create a disaster relief event associated with a plurality of customer accounts maintained by an entity, wherein the disaster relief event comprises one or more parameters that identify locations associated with the disaster relief event; create a temporary dialer file for use in contacting the plurality of customers in reference to the accounts, wherein the dialer file is based at least partially on the one or more parameters of the disaster relief event, and automatically suspend contact to one or more customers based at least partially in response to the telephone numbers of the one or more customer being excluded from the temporary dialer file.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing cease and desist call flagging. The system, method, and computer program product are configured to provide a user interface for reporting cease and desist requests associated with a plurality of customers; receive, via user input into the user interface, a cease and desist request associated with a customer having at least one account maintained by an entity, wherein the cease and desist request specifies at least one rule to be implemented when contacting the customer; and automatically terminate contact to the customer on behalf of the entity based at least partially on the at least one rule specified in the cease and desist request.

Abstract: A method is provided for evaluating the usage of a mobile communications device that itself provides access to a resource. In the method, a detected usage of the mobile communications device is compared to a stored usage pattern of an authorized user. When a measure associated with the difference between the detected usage and the stored usage pattern exceeds a threshold, it is concluded that the mobile communications device is being used by an unauthorized user. In response to this conclusion, a restriction is placed on an ability of the mobile communications device to access the resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include systems and methods for assigning visual representation to contacts. The embodiments include receiving selection criteria, identifying data associated with a plurality of customers meeting the selection criteria, wherein each of the customers is associated with one or more contacts, determining that at least one contact associated with each customer comprises one or more contact statuses, and assigning one or more indicators to the at least one contact based on the one or more statuses. In particular embodiments, the one or more statuses are related to a contact locked status, a contact external request status, a contact geography status, a contact time period status, a contact velocity status, and/or a permission-to-communicate status.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for efficiently gathering information about applications for mobile communications devices (e.g., smartphones, netbooks, and tablets) and using that information to produce assessments of the applications. To gather information, a server may send a request for application data to a mobile communications device. In response, the server may receive some but not all of the first-requested application data. The server may then a second request for application data to a second mobile communications device that also has access to the application. The server may receive application data from the second mobile communications device, and store the received first- and second-requested application data. The server then uses the stored application data to assess the application.

The server uses at least some of the application data to assess the application. The application data can include, for example, behavioral data, metadata, parts of the application, information indicating the application is installed on the mobile communication device, or combinations of these.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for providing a unified representation of all customer relationships with an entity. This representation focuses on customer products in arrears that are to be recovered. The invention presents an overarching view of all customer relationships to a representative. This allows the representative to make decision and take appropriate actions immediately based on the entire relationship with the customer when a customer communication is initiated. As such, the invention correlates all of the customer's relationships with a financial institution into one unified representation for a representative to review. The unified representation takes into consideration all of the customer's relationships as well as external factors on the communications and relationships. Thus providing a holistic customer service experience for a customer with accounts in arrears.

Abstract: A system and method to create and assign a policy for a mobile communications device are disclosed. The policy may be created based on personal data associated with the mobile communications device. For example, known sources of personal data on the mobile communications device may be identified and a policy may be created based on the known personal data. The policy may then be used to identify additional personal data associated with the mobile communications device. Thus, the personal data associated with the mobile communications device may be monitored. If an application attempts to access the monitored personal data, the access will be detected.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards employing a plurality of object relationships to dynamically generate a hierarchical structure of dependent object relationships (“HSDOR”). Each object relationship may include a plurality of information, including, but not limited to, a consumer object, a provider object, a one or more direct values, a quantity of units consumed by the consumer object, or the like. Dependencies between the plurality of object relationships may be utilized to dynamically generate an HSDOR. In some embodiments, the HSDOR may be modified by resolving detected circularity relationships within the HSDOR and/or dynamically modifying object relationship dependencies affected by a new and/or modified object relationship. In some embodiments, the HSDOR may be utilized to iteratively determine a total value of an object as a function of total loaded values of object relationships from which the object depends.

Abstract: A system and method identifies mobile applications that can have an adverse effect on a mobile device or mobile network. In an implementation, a server monitors behavioral data relating to a mobile application and applies a model to determine if the application has an adverse effect or has the potential to cause an adverse effect on a mobile device or a network the mobile device may connect to. A mobile device may monitor behavioral data, apply a model to the data, and transmit a disposition to the server. The server may aggregate behavioral data or disposition information from multiple devices. The server may transmit or make available the disposition information to a subscriber through a web interface, API, email, or other mechanism. After identifying that an application may have an adverse effect, the server may enact corrective actions, such as generating device or network configuration data.

In some devices, the cross notification component is at least configured to transmit notices to other devices, and to receive responses to its notice transmissions. Abstract: A system and method for preventing malware, spyware and other undesirable applications from affecting mobile communication devices uses a server to assist in identifying and removing undesirable applications. When scanning an application, a device transmits information about the application to a server for analysis. The server receives the information, produces a characterization assessment and can also provide a characterization re-assessment for the application, or data object, and transmits the assessment to the device. By performing analysis on a server, the invention allows a device to reduce the battery and performance cost of protecting against undesirable applications. The server transmits notifications to devices that have installed applications that are discovered to be undesirable. The server can accumulate this data and then perform a characterization re-assessment of a data object it has previously assessed to provide an assessment based upon one of trust, distribution and ratings information.
