  • Publication number: 20250031630
Abstract: Systems and methods for converting thresholds in plant breeding are provided. One example computer-implemented method includes accessing data indicative of hybrid plants at a first stage of a breeding pipeline, where the data includes values of parameter(s) of the hybrid plants; imposing a first threshold(s) included in a product definition for the breeding pipeline on the accessed data, whereby ones of the hybrid plants are considered at the first stage of the breeding pipeline based on satisfying the first threshold(s), and where the first threshold(s) is specific to one of the parameter(s); measuring the value(s) of the parameter(s) for the considered ones of the multiple hybrid plants; generating, based on an aggregate of the measured values of the parameter(s) for the considered ones of the multiple hybrid plants, a second threshold(s); and repeating the above for a second stage of the breeding pipeline with the second threshold(s).

  • Publication number: 20250032761
Abstract: An intravascular catheter for peri-vascular and/or peri-urethral tissue ablation includes multiple needles advanced through supported guide tubes which expand around a central axis to engage the interior surface of the wall of the renal artery or other vessel of a human body allowing the injection an ablative fluid for ablating tissue, and/or nerve fibers in the outer layer or deep to the outer layer of the vessel, or in prostatic tissue. The system may also include a means to limit and/or adjust the depth of penetration of the ablative fluid into and beyond the tissue of the vessel wall. The catheter may also include structures which provide radial and/or lateral support to the guide tubes so that the guide tubes expand uniformly and maintain their position against the interior surface of the vessel wall as the sharpened injection needles are advanced to penetrate into the vessel wall.

  • Patent number: 12210541
Abstract: A database system is described that includes components for storing time-series data and executing custom, user-defined computational expressions in substantially real-time such that the results can be provided to a user device for display in an interactive user interface. For example, the database system may process stored time-series data in response to requests from a user device. The request may include a start time, an end time, a period, and/or a computational expression. The database system may retrieve the time-series data identified by the computational expression and, for each period, perform the arithmetic operation(s) identified by the computational expression on data values corresponding to times within the start time and the end time. Once all new data values have been generated, the database system may transmit the new data values to the user device for display in the interactive user interface.

  • Publication number: 20250028766
Abstract: A data-driven, unsupervised system (“owner inference module”) has been created that collects information from different data sources and infers ownership of an asset by discerning signals conveying ownership and using them to identify likely owners of assets. The owner inference module creates a graph of direct and indirect relationships among the asset and entities based on the collected information (i.e., the data and metadata). The owner inference module processes the graph and accounts for the varying strengths of different ownership signals based on any one or more of observations, expert knowledge, and preferences. The owner inference module quantifies the different signals of ownership of an entity and aggregates these values into an ownership likelihood score.

  • Publication number: 20250030570
Abstract: A system for remotely monitoring an appliance over a network includes an appliance having an appliance controller arranged to collect and send appliance data to a remote client device such as a mobile phone. The state data may include one or more parameters related to an aspect of the appliance, a timestamp, counter, or hash value. At the client device, the state data is compared with previously received state data, such as by comparing one of the parameters. If the state data parameter is different from a previously received parameter, the system concludes that the data is fresh and that the system is operating properly.

  • Patent number: 12195880
Abstract: Provided herein are methods that enable parallel evaluation of multiple functional nucleic acids in individual cells or subpopulations of cells, in the context of incubation with other types of single cells. The key insight is concurrent measurement of polynucleic acids derived from small populations of at least two different cell types, such that function in one cell type is linked to the clonal identity of another cell. These methods simultaneously process thousands, millions, or more single cells or small populations of cells. The method integrates molecular, algorithmic, and engineering approaches. This invention has broad and useful application in a number of biological and medical fields, including immunology and drug discovery.
