  • Patent number: 12602112
Abstract: Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an Analytics Engine that receives one more signal files that include neural signal data of a user based on voltages detected by one or more electrodes on a set of headphones worn by a user. The Analytics Engine preprocesses the data, extracts features from the received data, and feeds the extracted features into one or more machine learning models to generate determined output that corresponds to at least one of a current mental state of the user and a type of facial gesture performed by the user. The Analytics Engine sends the determined output to a computing device to perform an action based on the determined output.

  • Patent number: 12243023
Abstract: A method and system for capital management with custom assemblies and schedulable cost lines and assembly photo collection. As user collects photos via cloud Software as a System (SaaS) that displays photographic data relevant to the useful life and recurring costs associated with maintaining or replacing a capital asset or building component. The SaaS provides an automatic collection photo data that is relevant to a condition and maintenance of one or more related physical assets in a building, including a physical condition recorded by a maintenance technician during a performance of work associated with that building component along with photo evidence taken of the physical assets. As operation staff perform routine work on the capital assets of a building data is collected via the SaaS on these actual capital assets. The collected photographs provide a timeline of visual conditions.

  • Publication number: 20220143438
Abstract: System and methods of protecting against the spread of fire. A method includes receiving data from at least one sensor. The method determines whether the data satisfies risk criteria for a first zone and/or a second zone of a plurality of zones of a structure. The first zone is associated with a first set of nozzles of a plurality of nozzles and the second zone is associated with a second set of nozzles of the plurality of nozzles. In accordance with a determination that the data satisfies the risk criteria for the first zone and not the second zone, the method provides first instructions to a pump to distribute a fire suppressant from a reservoir via a supply line fluidically coupled to the plurality of nozzles. The method further provides second instructions to a manifold to distribute the fire suppressant via the first set of nozzles and not the second zone.

  • Patent number: 9821899
Abstract: A flushing system for boat motors that allows for single-handed manipulation to remotely position flushing ears onto the intake vents of an outboard boat motor. A water passage tube provides a source of fresh water when flushing or performing maintenance on the motor of a boat stored on a lift. The flushing ears are positioned on the intake valves and are adjusted to form a seal by a gripping handle. A locking device prevents movement of the ears while flushing the motor and can be released to remove the ears once the flushing is complete.

  • Publication number: 20080043736
Abstract: A data transfer system and method allows data files to be transmitted from a user device through a private network and a public network to a destination server without requiring write permission at an intermediate server of the private network. A configurable segment of data is read from a file to be transmitted. A network message having a header and a data payload is then created and addressed to a destination server associated with a public network. The data segment is placed in the data payload of the network message. The network message is then sent over the private and public networks to the destination server. The process is repeated until the entire data file has been sent in a series of network messages to the destination server. The file is reconstructed at the destination server from the data segments in the series of received network messages.

  • Publication number: 20050180870
Abstract: An automotive engine oil pump assembly having first and second pump mechanisms contained within a common housing. A shaft rotatably supported in the housing drives the pump mechanisms in a conventional manner. The pump mechanisms are offset in phase to reduce flow pulsations through the housing and limit pump noise and vibration. The first pump mechanism communicates with a common inlet and first outlet of the housing. The second pump mechanism communicates with the common inlet and second outlet of the housing. A common reservoir connected to inlets of the first and second oil pump mechanisms provides a supplemental oil source to balance oil pressures at the pump inlets to prevent pump cavitation and further reduce pump noise and vibration.
