    Abstract: Aspects of the invention include a computer-implemented method of chip design. The computer-implemented method of chip design include establishing an architecture with alternating rows of differently colored chip-level shapes. Cells are constrained to be rectangular with restricted widths. Constraint-observing parent and child cells are generated and respectively include boundaries with alternating rows of differently colored cell-level shapes for disposition in the architecture. The parent cell is positioned in the architecture such that the cell-level shapes thereof exhibit row and color alignment with the chip-level shapes. Child cells exhibiting uni-axial or multi-axial reflectivity are instantiated in the parent cell. A color solution is instantiated for each child cell in the parent cell such that cell-level shapes of the child cells exhibit row and color alignment with the cell-level shapes of the parent cell.

    Abstract: A system for enhancing personnel safety on a railroad track is presented. The system can receive data from sensors and/or a PTC system to determine positions of clients/worker and/or vehicles, and further utilize such data to determine if a vehicle is within a certain proximity of the client/worker location. The system can further generate geofences around clients/vehicles to and determine when such geofences intersect one another. Additionally, the present disclosure can assign severity levels and generate alerts with the assigned severity levels, and such severity levels can indicate how close a vehicle is to a particular location. It is an object of the invention to provide a system for generating alerts to notify personnel when they much retreat to a place of safety.

    Abstract: A method of recovering casing from a wellbore in which: a logging tool is run to an estimated stuck point of the casing through the central bore of the casing spear and casing cutter; the casing spear is attached to the casing and tension applied so that logging can be performed over a length at an estimated stuck point both with and without tension to provide the verified stuck point; and the casing cutter is positioned relative to this to cut the free casing; and the spear used to remove it. The method can be performed on a single trip.
