Abstract: Described herein are pharmacologic correctors of rhodopsin, methods of making such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments comprising such compounds, and methods of using such compounds in treating disease.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for user discovery (e.g., corporate user discovery) and/or identification of recommended or suggested collaborators in a collaboration platform which may be a cloud-based platform. The disclosed technology enables a user to discover a network of users that they could be collaborating with but are not. This feature, can for example, identify the relevant users or the suggested users and depict the users in the user interface. The identification and selection of the suggested users/potential collaborators can be based on some criteria (e.g., email domain, when the account was created, etc.). These criteria can be set by system default, adjusted by individual users and/or configured/set by admins if a user belongs to a corporate account/enterprise account.

Abstract: Systems and methods for seamless access, editing, creating of files in a web or mobile interface to a collaborative cloud platform (e.g., cloud-based file sharing, collaboration and/or storage service) are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a file accessed through the web or mobile interface is associated with an “Edit” button/action, or other similar feature. When selected, if an editor or other native application to edit or access the file is not installed, this action can automatically launch the installer and prompt the user to install the editor. If it is installed, this action can launch the native application on the user's computer.

The vessel body has a containing room and a first opening in communication with the containing room, with a first lid mounted on the vessel body to seal the first opening. The partition is positioned in the containing room and divides the containing room into two compartments, with the partition having a passage communicating the two compartments. The sealer has a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface has a shaft with a free end extending toward the first opening, the second face has at least one paddle, and the sealer is capable of sealing the passage of the partition.

Abstract: A multi-compartment container including a vessel body, an elastic ring, a lid, and a sealer is disclosed. The vessel body has an opening. The elastic ring is coupled with an inner peripheral surface of the vessel body and has a through hole extending axially. The lid detachably couples with the vessel body to cover the opening, with the lid having a holding member. The sealer has a connecting end and a plug end, with the connecting end coupling with the holding member of the lid, and with the plug end being capable of abutting against the elastic ring to seal the through hole or disengaging from the elastic ring.

Abstract: Toilet seat with built-in lift apparatus comprises a toilet seat that has built-in long pivot-rod whose each end has installed a small gear, a U-shaped lever whose each end has installed a large gear each and a reverse U-shaped plate fastener that has two side-wings. The U-shaped lever is fastened onto side-wings of U-shaped plate fastener. The toilet seat and the plate fastener are fastened onto toilet with a pair of bolts. Both small gears and large gears catch snugly each other. When large gears rotate clockwise small gears rotate counter clockwise and vice versa. An extended long breath tube can attach onto J-shaped inhalant breath tube to allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water.
