  • Patent number: 12383836
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a personalized agent service that generates and evolves customized agents that can be instantiated in-game to play with users. Machine learning models are trained to control the agent's interactions with the game environment and the user during gameplay. A user may request that a personalized agent join the user's gameplay session. The user device sends a request for the personalized agent to a game platform. The game platform determines whether the user has a license to execute a second instance of the game. When the user has a license to execute a second instance of the game, the second instance of the game may be executed on the user device. Information received from a personalized agent service is used to instantiate a personalized agent in the second instance of the game.

  • Patent number: 12388884
Abstract: A realtime kernel supports realtime communications between communicants operating on respective network nodes. The realtime kernel handles the complex tasks of connecting to communicants, virtual areas, and other network resources, switching those connections in response to user inputs, and mixing realtime data streams. The realtime kernel enables developers to focus on developing high-level communications functionality instead of low-level plumbing code. The realtime kernel imposes relatively low computational resource requirements so that realtime communications performance can be achieved using a wide range of computing devices and network connections that currently are available.

  • Publication number: 20250190827
Abstract: Embodiments herein generally relate to a system and method for model risk management (MRM) of an artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) model. In at least one example, the system comprises: an AI validation system (AIVS) comprising validation processing subsystems, which comprise a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) to implement a fuzzy logic MRM program associated with the AI/ML model. Validation devices are communicatively coupled to the validation processing subsystems and FLC. The FLC receives metadata related to risk management inputs and outputs for the fuzzy logic MRM program. The metadata is received, and a rule base is created. The MRM program receives the inputs from the validation devices, pre-processes the inputs, and fuzzifies the pre-processed inputs. Rules in the rule base are executed using the fuzzified inputs to calculate rule consequent values, which are aggregated. An output fuzzy state is assigned, and actions are performed based on the assigning.

  • Patent number: 12314670
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automatically generating a program based on a natural language utterance using semantic parsing. The semantic parsing includes translating a natural language utterance into instructions in a logical form for execution. The methods use a pre-trained natural language model and generate a canonical utterance as an intermediate form before generating the logical form. The natural language model may be an auto-regressive natural language model with a transformer to paraphrase a sequence of words or tokens in the natural language utterance. The methods generate a prompt including exemplar input/output pairs as a few-shot learning technique for the natural language model to predict words or tokens. The methods further use constrained decoding to determine a canonical utterance, iteratively selecting sequence of words as predicted by the model against rules for canonical utterances. The methods generate a program based on the canonical utterance for execution in an application.

  • Publication number: 20250165118
Abstract: Examples of systems and methods for voice-based navigation in one or more virtual areas that define respective persistent virtual communication contexts are described. These examples enable communicants to use voice commands to, for example, search for communication opportunities in the different virtual communication contexts, enter specific ones of the virtual communication contexts, and bring other communicants into specific ones of the virtual communication contexts. In this way, these examples allow communicants to exploit the communication opportunities that are available in virtual areas, even when hands-based or visual methods of interfacing with the virtual areas are not available.

  • Publication number: 20250139386
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to methods, transcriptomics systems, and non-transitory computer readable media for enabling natural language transcriptomics analysis. In some examples, genomic data including gene expression profiles for cells is transformed into sequences of genes ordered by expression level for each of the cells. The sequences of genes are annotated with metadata in a natural language format. A large language model (LLM) is then fine-tuned using the annotated sequences. The LLM is pretrained for natural language processing (NLP) tasks. The fine-tuned LLM is applied to generate and output a result in response to a received prompt in the natural language format. Thus, the LLMs of this technology advantageously both generate and interpret transcriptomics data and interact in natural language to generate meaningful text from cells and valid genes, among many other types of results.

  • Patent number: 12270702
Abstract: A light sensing device includes: a light sensitive layer having a phosphor with two different types of lanthanides dopant ions, switching between a first state and a second state; one or more optical filters on top of the light sensitive layer. When the dopant ions are in the second state after exposure of the light sensitive layer to the second light energy, the light sensitive layer measures a first light intensity of light of the first light energy. • Publication number: 20250111063
Abstract: Methods and systems may include receiving and storing values for one or more configurable settings, wherein the configurable settings include first rules relating inputs to severity levels and second rules relating obligations to a respective threshold severity level. Inputs are received via a form displayed on the user interface, as one or more field values relating to an incident. An automated assessment is conducted to determine which obligations are triggered, by (a) determining an incident severity level based on the inputs and the first rules, and (b) determining which obligations are triggered based on whether the incident severity level meets the respective threshold for each obligation. Each triggered obligation and related information is displayed to the user for further input. Data from each incident may be archived for auditing purposes.
