  • Publication number: 20230088772
Abstract: Technologies are generally described for automatic adjustment of position and/or location of a customer premises equipment (CPE) to enhance signal quality under varying conditions. Following an initial setup of the CPE, conditions that may degrade signal quality may be monitored and correlated to degradation of the signal quality. Machine learning may be employed to determine new position(s)/location(s) for the CPE and its antenna to improve the signal quality between the CPE and its cellular base station.

  • Patent number: 11566974
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing vibration data to determine and mitigate an occurrence of an anomaly at an industrial asset. A device may obtain and preprocess vibration data, which may include grouping the vibration data according to respective time intervals, and the device may filter the grouped data to obtain the most recent measurement readings. The device may use an anomaly detection algorithm to detect outliers in the datasets for each group of vibration data and compare an amplitude of the outliers to a threshold for the respective group. The device may determine that the vibration data includes an anomaly based on quantities of outliers in first and second subsets of the vibration data that are within a detection window. The device may generate a report including an indication of the anomaly and transmit the report to an operator or engineer for the facility.

  • Publication number: 20220411987
Abstract: A laundry appliance includes a cabinet having a top panel that defines an aperture for selectively accessing a treatment chamber defined within the cabinet. A lid is rotationally operable relative to the aperture of the top panel between open and closed positions. Hinge assemblies extend between the lid and the top panel. The hinge assemblies include a first hinge assembly. A second hinge assembly is selectively retractable into the lid to a retracted position. A biasing member biases the second hinge assembly out to an extended position. At least the second hinge assembly is operable to the retracted position to bypass a portion of the top panel to define an installed position where the first and second hinge assemblies are engaged with respective hinge receptacles of the top panel.
