  • Patent number: 10553305
Abstract: In an embodiment, a computer-implemented method presents a dynamically configured electronic health record system. In the method, registration information associated with a medical service provider is received for registering with an electronic health record system. A rules database is queried for a rule associated with the received registration information. • Patent number: 10554402
Abstract: An email request is received from a client device, where the email request is intended for an email server and includes a request for an email recipient's certificate. The compliance status of the client device is obtained. If the client device is in compliance, the email request is modified, and the modified email request is sent to the email server while a certificate retrieval request in the email request is redirected to a certificate repository implemented in a server separate from a certificate repository maintained by the email server. The email certificate is retrieved from the certificate repository and combined with information received from the email server to generate a response, which is sent to the client device.

  • Patent number: 10554748
Abstract: A system and method for management and processing of resource requests is provided. A content delivery network service provider determines a class associated with a set of client computing devices and monitors resources requests for the determined class. The content delivery network service provider then identifies at least one cache component for providing content to client computing devices as a function of the determined class. In other embodiments, instead of cache components, the content delivery network service provider identifies a second set of client computing devices as a function of the determined class for providing the content information.

  • Patent number: 10551513
Abstract: A device configured to detect particles from a radioactive source can localize the source in two dimension, such as the azimuthal and polar angles of the source. Embodiments of the device may comprise a hollow cylindrical or tubular array of “side” detector panels, plus a “central” detector positioned within the array, with no shield or collimator. The various side detector counting rates can indicate the azimuthal angle of the source, while the polar angle can be determined by a ratio of the side detector data divided by the central detector data. Embodiments of the directional detector device can provide greatly improved inspections, thereby detecting clandestine nuclear and radiological weapons, or other sources that are to be localized, rapidly and precisely.

  • Patent number: 10551581
Abstract: Apparatuses and associated methods of manufacturing are described that provide an optical connector cage configured to receive an optical cable connector. The optical connector cage includes a body defined by a top portion, a bottom portion, two side portions, a first end, and a second end. The body defines a receiving space that can at least partially receive an optical cable connector therein and one or more openings. The optical connector cage defines one or more heat dissipation units disposed within the one or more openings, and each heat dissipation unit further includes a first set of heat dissipation elements having a first height, and a second set of heat dissipation elements having a second height. The second height is different than the first height such that the one or more heat dissipation elements allow heat to be transferred from the body to an external environment.

  • Patent number: 10552086
Abstract: Apparatus and method for managing shared resources in a data storage device such as a solid-state drive (SSD). In some embodiments, a non-volatile memory (NVM) has a population of semiconductor memory dies which are divided into die sets for different users. Each die set includes user garbage collection units (GCUs) for storage of user data blocks by the associated user and overprovisioned global GCUs to store user data blocks from the users of the other die sets. When an imbalance condition exists such that the workload traffic level of a first die set exceeds a workload traffic level of a second die set, at least one host I/O command for the first die set is offloaded for servicing using a selected global GCU of the second die set. The offloaded data may be subsequently transferred to the first die set after the imbalance condition is resolved.

  • Patent number: 10549988
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wafer-level package that includes a first thinned die having a first device layer, a multilayer redistribution structure, a first mold compound, and a second mold compound. The multilayer redistribution structure includes redistribution interconnects that connect the first device layer to package contacts on a bottom surface of the multilayer redistribution structure. Herein, the connections between the redistribution interconnects and the first device layer are solder-free. The first mold compound resides over the multilayer redistribution structure and around the first thinned die, and extends beyond a top surface of the first thinned die to define an opening within the first mold compound and over the first thinned die. The second mold compound fills the opening and is in contact with the top surface of the first thinned die.
