  • Patent number: 11825891
Abstract: The gloves with finger-warming insert pockets comprise a pair of gloves, a plurality of heating strip pockets, and a plurality of heating strips. The pair of gloves may be adapted to be donned by a user. The gloves with finger-warming insert pockets may be adapted to warm a user's hands. The plurality of heating strips may be activated to produce heat and may be placed into the plurality of heating strip pockets located on the dorsal side of a plurality of finger stalls on both a left glove and a right glove. The plurality of heating strips may be removed from the plurality of heating strip pockets when spent.

  • Publication number: 20230222140
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for automatically deriving data transformation criteria. An example method includes receiving, by communications circuitry, a source dataset and a target dataset and identifying, by a model generator, a target variable. The example method further includes training, by the model generator, a decision tree for the target variable using the source dataset and the target dataset such that the trained decision tree can predict a value for the target variable from new source data. The example method further includes deriving, by a derivation engine, a set of parameters and pseudocode for producing the target variable from the source dataset.

  • Publication number: 20220054915
Abstract: A climbing wall may be constructed using a variety of techniques and components. The climbing wall may be comprised of a number of dihedral angles. The individual panels of the wall may include a curve along the edge of the panel, with a corresponding slope cut along the edge, which enables a wider variety of dihedral angles to be formed utilizing the panels.

  • Publication number: 20210170285
Abstract: A rail coaster operates as a cross between a roller coaster and a zip line. A rail may be suspended under a frame by flexible cables or solid brackets. The rail may turn, incline, decline, or twist, but need not twist to still provide a “rolling” degree of freedom for a rider. An eddy current brake provides proportional braking as a function of speed. A cam-adjustment-axle (eccentric) carries certain wheels to provide finely divided, discrete, but incrementally small adjustments of idler wheel clearances to accommodate variations in the rail, wheel wear, and onsite adjustment of tolerances for curvature, unevenness, and friction. A “static universal” bracket provides adjustment in four degrees of freedom, three of translation and one of rotation in securing a rail to a supporting frame.

  • Patent number: 10105942
Abstract: Systems and methods for forming radius fillers for composite structures are disclosed herein. The systems include a sheet-locating structure that has a support surface and a support surface edge. The systems further include a separation device, a conveyance structure, and a layup surface. The methods include locating a sheet of composite material on a first support surface and translating the sheet of composite material such that a first portion of the sheet is supported by the first support surface and a second portion of the sheet extends past the support surface edge. The methods also include separating the second portion of the sheet from the first portion of the sheet to form a strip of composite material. The methods further include conveying the strip of composite material onto a layup surface and repeating the methods to form the radius filler from a plurality of strips of composite material.
