  • Patent number: 12299052
Abstract: A data management services architecture includes architectural components that run in both a storage and compute domains. The architectural components redirect storage requests from the storage domain to the compute domain, manage resources allocated from the compute domain, ensure compliance with a policy that governs resource consumption, deploy program code for data management services, dispatch service requests to deployed services, and monitor deployed services. The architectural components also include a service map to locate program code for data management services, and service instance information for monitoring deployed services and dispatching requests to deployed services. Since deployed services can be stateless or stateful, the services architecture also includes state data for the stateful services, with supporting resources that can expand or contract based on policy and/or service demand. The architectural components also include containers for the deployed services.

  • Patent number: 12299140
Abstract: The systems and methods disclosed herein receives artifacts generated using a first set of models within a multi-model superstructure. The multi-model superstructure includes a second set of models to test the first set of models. The multi-model superstructure dynamically routes the artifacts of the first set of models to one or more models of the second set of models by (i) determining a set of dimensions of the artifacts against which to evaluate the artifacts and (ii) identifying the models in the second set used to test the particular dimension. The second set of models then assesses each artifact against a set of assessment metrics. If an artifact fails to meet one or more assessment metrics, the second set of models generates actions to align the artifact with the set of assessment metrics.

In some examples, image measurement data is received. A histo-image is generated based on the image measurement data. Further, an attenuation map, such as a ?-map, is received. An attenuation histo-image is generated based on the attenuation map. Further, a trained machine learning process, such as a trained neural network, is applied to features generated from the histo-image and the attenuation histo-image. Based on the application of the machine learning process to the histo-image and the attenuation histo-image, output image data characterizing an image volume is generated. In some examples, a machine learning process is trained based on histo-images and corresponding attenuation histo-images. The trained machine learning process may be employed to reconstruct images, such as positron emission tomography (PET) images.

  • Publication number: 20250148662
Abstract: Systems and methods for training end-to-end deep learning reconstruction processes, and for reconstructing medical images based on the trained deep learning processes, are disclosed. In some examples, input projection data is received. An untrained machine learning process is applied to the input projection data and, based on the application of the machine learning process to the projection data, an output image is generated. Further, a forward projection process is applied to the output image and, based on the application of the forward projection process to the output image, forward projected image data is generated. A loss value is then determined based on the forward projected image data and the input projection data. The loss value is then compared to a threshold value to determine whether the machine learning process is trained. The trained machine learning process may be employed to reconstruct images, such as positron emission tomography (PET) images.

  • Patent number: 12294470
Abstract: A fabric control protocol (FCP) and packet forwarding mechanisms are described that maximize utilization of bandwidth within massive, large-scale data centers having multi-stage data center switch fabric topologies, such as topologies that include a third switching layer formed by super spine switches. Automatic generation of data plane forwarding information referred to as FCP path information enumerates, for each data processing unit (DPU), the available FCP paths. The FCP path information may be based on unique combinations of peak points of the switch fabric for a given DPU with FCP colors assigned to network links that are used to multi-home the DPU to the switch fabric.

  • Patent number: 12294622
Abstract: In a running distributed data storage system that actively processes I/Os, metadata nodes are commissioned and decommissioned without taking down the storage system and without introducing interruptions to metadata or payload data I/O. The inflow of reads and writes continues without interruption even while new metadata nodes are in the process of being added and/or removed and the strong consistency of the system is guaranteed. Commissioning and decommissioning nodes within the running system enables streamlined replacement of permanently failed nodes and advantageously enables the system to adapt elastically to workload changes. An illustrative distributed barrier logic (the “view change barrier”) controls a multi-state process that controls a coordinated step-wise progression of the metadata nodes from an old view to a new normal. Rules for I/O handling govern each state until the state machine loop has been traversed and the system reaches its new normal.
