  • Patent number: 12339886
Abstract: The systems and methods disclosed herein relate to querying data using artificial intelligence models. A generalized model receives an output generation request and partitions it into segments mapped to specific domains, where each domain indicates associated databases and guidelines. The segments are routed to domain-specific models trained on domain-specific data, which generate query fragments by comparing performance metrics and system resource usage metrics. The query fragments are aggregated into an overall query that satisfies guidelines across domains. The systems and methods can include a feedback loop to adjust the domain-specific models using user interactions and performance metrics to dynamically adapt to a skill level or experience of the user.

  • Publication number: 20250199834
Abstract: The technology described herein is directed towards deploying a node cluster, e.g., in a cloud environment, based on user input data, including storage capacity and a delegated subnet. The subnet is divided into groups of internet protocol (IP) addresses for different usages, including for use by virtual network interface cards associated with virtual machines of the cluster. Based on the number of nodes determined from the input data, a static pool of primary IP addresses and a dynamic pool of secondary IP addresses are created for association with the virtual network interface cards. When the node cluster is operational, a failed virtual machine can be failed over to non-failed virtual machines by use of the secondary IP addresses previously associated with the failed virtual machine. Also described is handling IP address association with virtual network interface cards when the number of virtual machines of the cluster is increased or decreased.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for using machine learning to determine whether to dispute a chargeback request are provided. A dispute processing system receives a chargeback request for a transaction, transaction data and service provider data associated with the transaction. The dispute processing system incorporates the transaction and service provider data into a template. Next, the dispute processing system uses a machine learning framework to generate machine learning scores that indicates a likelihood of successfully winning the chargeback request and avoiding pre-arbitration. Using the machine learning scores, the transaction data, the service provider data, and at least one dispute processing rule, the dispute processing system determines a likelihood of successfully challenging the chargeback request.
