Abstract: The technology disclosed relates to verifying metastability for a clock domain crossing (CDC) in a circuit design. The technology disclosed may include, for a destination clock domain in the circuit design, creating a circuit graph based, at least in part, on the circuit design. The circuit graph includes start points and stop points. The start points may be data inputs, clocks, and enables of the destination clock domain. The stop points may be synchronizer outputs of the destination clock domain and a source clock domain in the circuit design. The technology disclosed may also include traversing the circuit graph to mark all graph nodes that reside in a source-destination path of the CDC. Based on the marked graph nodes, the start points, and the stop points, the technology disclosed may also include propagating destination domain qualifiers on the circuit graph within an allowed sequential depth.

  • Patent number: 11350367
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for adjusting a time period to delay entering a power save mode (leak guard) for wireless communications. In one aspect, a wireless communication device may adjust a time period to delay entering a power save mode. The time period is associated with the wireless communication device remaining awake to prevent an access point from transmitting to the wireless communication device while the wireless communication device is in the power save mode. The wireless communication device also may provide, to the AP, an indication that the wireless communication device is entering a power save mode, and the wireless communication device may enter the power save mode. Entering the power save mode is at least the adjusted time period after providing the indication to the AP.

  • Patent number: 11348074
Abstract: A join service joins first and second computerized meetings. The join service receives information about the first and second computerized meetings from respective first and second meeting services. In response to a request from one of the first and second services to join the meetings, the join service translates audio, video, and data signaling between the first computerized meeting service and the second computerized meeting to join participants in the first computerized meeting and participants in the second meeting in a combined computerized meeting. An alternative join service obtains a uniform resource indicator (URI) for an agent of the first meeting. In response to a request from a participant in the second meeting to access the first meeting, the join service provides the URI to the second meeting service to allow the second meeting service to join the second meeting to the first meeting.

  • Patent number: 11340400
Abstract: Photonic integrated circuits (PICs) enable manipulation of light on a chip for telecommunications and information processing. They can be made with silicon and silicon-compatible materials using complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) fabrication techniques developed for making electronics. Unfortunately, most light sources are made with III-V and II-VI materials, which are not compatible with silicon CMOS fabrication techniques. As a result, the light source for a PIC is either off-chip or integrated onto the PIC after CMOS fabrication is over. Hybrid integration can be improved by forming a recess in the PIC to receive a III-V or II-VI photonic chip. Mechanical stops formed in or next to the recess during fabrication align the photonic chip vertically to the PIC. Fiducials on the PIC and the photonic chip enable sub-micron lateral alignment. As a result, the photonic chip can be flip-chip bonded to the PIC with sub-micron vertical and lateral alignment precision.
