  • Publication number: 20250072903
Abstract: A clipping system includes an adapter mounted on an insertion device and a clip including first and second jaws connected via hinges so that the first and second jaws are movable between an insertion configuration and an initial deployed configuration. A deployment member is configured to move the clip distally over and off of the adapter so that, as the clip leaves the adapter, the clip moves from the insertion configuration to the initial deployed configuration. An extending member is releasably coupled to the clip and movably connected to the adapter, and is configured to permit the withdrawal of the adapter away from the clip while the extending member remains coupled to the clip to place the system in a review configuration. The extending member is operable to retract the clip over the adapter, freeing the clip from tissue on which it had been clipped.

  • Publication number: 20250073776
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for synthesizing spherical copper powder and the copper powder obtained therefrom. The method includes mixing a copper oxide powder with a carbon source to obtain a mixture; heating the mixture at a temperature of 600-1070° C. for a period of more than 20 minutes in an inert atmosphere to obtain spherical copper powder; and separating the spherical copper powder from carbon to obtain pure spherical copper powder. The present method is a single step process where a precursor copper oxide powder is reduced and spherodized simultaneously to provide spherical copper powder. Spherical copper powders provided by the present methods are dense and spherical and have a mean particle size of less than 250 microns, purity of at least 98.5% by weight of copper, and an oxygen content of less than 0.25% by weight.

  • Publication number: 20250079328
Abstract: Active and passive electronic components are placed on a substrate and encapsulated with mold material to produce a molded core substrate for fabricating a hybrid integrated circuit (IC) device. A carrier has a release film laminated to a face thereof. A seed layer of copper is added over the release film and fiducials are plated onto the copper seed layer for component placement using alignment marks on the fiducials. Mold material is applied to the encapsulation layer and around and over the components. Mold material is ground planar with component tops. The carrier and release film are removed, leaving the copper seed layer exposed, which is etched to a pattern. Holes are formed in the mold material and then surfaces thereof are copper plated. A multilayer dielectric film is laminated over copper plating. Vias are formed in the multilayer dielectric film for connections to components.

  • Publication number: 20250077268
Abstract: This disclosure describes a system for securely and efficiently accessing enterprise data stored across heterogeneous databases and domains. In some examples the system employs a parallelized workflow architecture that optimally invokes specialized workflows to retrieve requested data fields in parallel rather than in a serial sequence. The system may utilize multi-factor authentication including public/private keys and authentication tokens to validate user identities and access privileges. An intelligent execution manager may analyze metadata in data access requests to determine the optimal set of workflows to invoke to retrieve the requested data. These workflows may execute concurrently to query backend domain interfaces that abstract away complex underlying data storage systems. The domain interfaces may return requested data fields which are consolidated and returned to the requester. Accordingly, the system scalable and performant data access with fine-grained access controls across large enterprises.

  • Publication number: 20250078987
Abstract: An image classification model, e.g., a neural network model, may be trained on a set of training medical imaging exams each including a training report and a training medical image. A model generation module or device may, for each of the training medical imaging exams: use finding item criteria to reorganize text of the training report into a list of finding items, each associated with text extracted from the training report text, use natural language processing to analyze the resultant text associated with each finding item to determine an associated classification of each finding item, store, in a training dataset, the training medical imaging exam, the associated finding items, the matching text, and the classifications resulting from the analysis of the matching text. The trained neural network learns to output, for other medical imaging exams, one or more finding items and an associated classification data.

  • Publication number: 20250078970
Abstract: Medical report data (e.g., a paragraph of text that is dictated by a radiologist as they review a medical image) is automatically parsed and associated with an appropriate section (e.g., Lungs, Mediastinum, Heart, Bones, etc.) of a medical report. Each report section of a template report may be associated with character strings that are used to associate portions of the medical report data with a corresponding report section. Natural Language Processing may then be applied to each report section (and any associated text from the medical report data) to determine whether the section includes a “finding” or “no finding.” The medical report may then be used to train an AI model to emulate the analyzed medical report data.

  • Publication number: 20250077916
Abstract: A method and system for generating a privilege based segmented instruction prompt has been developed. Trusted instructions defining the trusted instructions as having a first privilege level, program instructions as having a second privilege level, and data instructions as having a third privilege level are received. The program instructions to implement tasks associated with the data instructions are received. The data instructions are received. The generated privilege based segmented instruction prompt includes the trusted instructions, the program instructions, and the data instructions. The privilege based segmented instruction prompt enables a generative LLM to determine whether the privilege based segmented instruction prompt is an instruction injection attack based on whether there is a conflict between the trusted instructions, the program instructions, and the data instructions in violation of the first, second, and third privilege levels.

  • Publication number: 20250080605
Abstract: Routing peer-to-peer communications via telecommunications networks based on bifurcated user-specific sentiment analysis may be facilitated. In some embodiments, a system may generate a sentiment value related to each utterance of a set of utterances associated with a user by providing each utterance of the set of utterances to a sentiment machine learning model. The system may bin each utterance into a set of bins based on the sentiment values. The system may determine a sentiment probability of each bin of the set of bins by randomly sampling a subset of utterances corresponding to a respective bin of the set of bins. The system may determine an overall sentiment probability for a transcript based on the determined sentiment probability of each bin. In response to receiving a communication request, the system may route the communication request to an agent based on the overall sentiment probability satisfying a threshold sentiment probability.
