  • Patent number: 6068229
Abstract: An attachable clamping unit adapted to be associated with a decorative light bulb socket is disclosed. The attachable clamping unit is provided with a ring member and a wire clamping hook structure. The wire clamping hook structure is formed on the outer side wall of the ring member for hooking electrical connecting wires adjacent thereto so as to form a decorative light web string. The clamping unit further comprises a light bulb socket joining structure formed on the outer side wall of the ring member for joining the light bulb socket adjacent thereto. The light bulb socket joining structure includes a C-shaped member and a cylindrical member.

  • Patent number: 6031337
Abstract: An assembly structure for a Christmas light string controller includes a top cover, a bottom cover and a controlling switch. The bottom cover defines therein an interior space for receiving a first and second circuit boards. The top face of the first circuit board is substantially flush with the top edge of the bottom cover. The second circuit board is perpendicularly received in the interior space of the bottom cover and the top end of the second circuit board is connected with the first circuit board. The controlling switch is positioned above a contact area of the first circuit board. By means of operating the controlling switch, an actuating signal is sent to the conductive wires for controlling the flickering of the Christmas light string.

  • Patent number: 5816686
Abstract: A miniature electric lamp and reflector assembly including a bulb holder unit with an electric memory retaining bulb and a base socket member for receiving the insert plug. The base socket has a member shaped cavity to accept the plug and a reflector member lower end, and has dual oppositely located radial projections at its upper end; a reflector has an annular-shaped lower sleeve portion which contains dual oppositely-located longitudinal grooves and is provided with an annular stop surface and dual notches at its upper end. Insertion of the base socket member upper end into the reflector member sleeve permits the dual projections to slide through the dual longitudinal grooves, and be rotated into the notches, which results in an interlocking connection joint between the base socket member the reflector.

  • Patent number: 5632552
Abstract: An improved lamp holder assembly includes an electrical bulb base member which has its lower end inserted into a cavity in a socket member, and is removably retained therein by an annular-shaped cap member removably locked onto the upper end of the socket member. the annular cap member has a radially extending u-shaped clamping element which includes dual arms integrally molded onto the cap member, together with an adjacent u-shaped wire guide element. The wire guide element can attach the socket member onto the lamp holder electrical wires, and the u-shaped clamping element can be used for attaching the lamp holder assembly onto a separate structure or surface, so as to form together with other lamp holder assemblies a decorative lighted structure such an animal or tree.

  • Patent number: 5629057
Abstract: A skeletal structure is formed of at least 4 and usually 6-12 curved members, each pivotally connected together at their upper and at their lower ends so as to have a generally spherical shape resembling a pumpkin. The skeletal structure is collapsible so that the curved members are parallel to each other for packaging or storage. A string of miniature electrical lamps can be attached removably to the curved members for providing a decorative appearance to the skeletal structure.
