Abstract: A modular physical bowl in one game comprising an approach module, a pin box module, and a plurality of game modules, wherein all the modules are elevated above an installation surface, for variety of play and spatial configurations combining elements of bowling and miniature golf into one fun and repeatable experience connected to the approach deck and the pin box module. Each of the game modules have safety barriers a ball return chute. Some of the modules have obstacles and are placed and attached to each other at any point between the approach module and the pin box module to make a hole for the course. Bowling pins are set in place on the pin box module. A player rolls a bowling ball to knock down the bowling pins. Pinsetters in the pin box module reset the bowling pins and a ball retrieval mechanism returns the ball to the player.

Abstract: An animated poster system including a simulation panel, an image server having appropriately processed media, and a projector enable a moving image to appear on a textured surface of the panel with no detectable projection devices. The simulation panel includes a portion that, when illuminated by the projector with the media, appears to be paper that is wrinkled, torn, and/or pasted to the wall, and includes graphics that also appear to be printed but include moving images. The animated poster system can produce a convincing illusion of an animated poster, even at close observing distances.
