    Abstract: The present invention discloses the low-stress niobium nitride (NbN) superconducting thin film and preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: providing the metal Nb target and the Si-based substrates, fixing the Si-based substrate at room temperature, adjusting the mass flow ratio of N2/Ar to 20%-50%, the sputtering power to 50-400 W and the deposition pressure to 3.0-10.0 mTorr, NbN superconducting thin films with a stress range of-500 MPa˜500 MPa and a thickness of 70-150 nm were deposited on Si-based substrates. By synergistically controlling the mass flow rate ratio of N2/Ar, sputtering power, and deposition pressure, low stress NbN superconducting thin films can be easily and efficiently prepared. The stress range of the prepared NbN superconducting thin films meets the preparation requirements of superconducting dynamic inductance detectors, and can be mass-produced.

The method includes: acquiring at least two beam signals, and obtaining a covariance matrix between all the beam signals according to the beam signals, wherein the beam signals include subsignals from at least two directions; performing eigen-decomposition processing on the covariance matrix to obtain signal eigenvectors and eigenvalues corresponding to the subsignals, and extracting interference eigenvectors corresponding to interference signals from the signal eigenvectors based on the eigenvalues; and obtaining a target reduction result for the interference signals according to the signal eigenvectors and the interference eigenvectors. With the method, the problem of low accuracy of radio astronomy interference signal reduction in the related art can be solved.

    Abstract: A preparation method for and an application of a modified siloxane-based supercritical carbon dioxide thickener are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: using 1,3-diallyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione as a polymerization monomer, and dropwise adding 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane for hydrosilylation in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a modified siloxane polymer. The obtained modified siloxane polymer is directly used as a supercritical carbon dioxide thickener without purification post-treatment; when in use, the modified siloxane polymer is prepared into a solution with a concentration of 1-2%, has an excellent thickening effect with no cosolvent required, and has high solubility in carbon dioxide and high temperature resistance.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a waveform peak clipping method and system. The waveform peak clipping method includes: 1) for a complex waveform, building two pulses by a delta function at t=0: a real pulse and an imaginary pulse; 2) performing fast Fourier transform on the two pulses and removing power at a load rate; 3) compensating for missing power and performing inverse fast Fourier transform on results; 4) convolving the pulses built in step 3) with the original waveform; and 5) iterating the convolution process until the amplitudes of the obtained waveforms at all time samples are within a limit range of a digital-to-analog converter during clipping events of all the time samples. The peak clipping method is set in the present invention to limit the amplitude of a bias waveform of a transition edge sensor in any given time sample to a maximum range of the digital-to-analog converter, without affecting the power at the carrier frequencies.

The position and orientation of the reference markers are trackable to determine position and orientation of the wearable holder in a reference coordinate system, thereby enabling position and orientation of the landmarks on the bone to be determined.
