    Abstract: A flange integrated tuned mass damper, including a main shaft structure, a plurality of wire rope isolators, and a mass ring. The plurality of wire rope isolators are uniformly distributed outside the main shaft structure in the circumferential direction, and the wire rope isolators directly carries the mass ring and are in a tensile deformation state, with both spring and damper functions. The wire rope isolators can bear tensile, compressive, rolling, and shearing loads, thus ensuring the degree of freedom of the mass ring in any horizontal direction.

The automated agent maintains a reinforcement learning neural network and generates, according to outputs of the reinforcement learning neural network, signals for communicating resource task requests. First and second task data are received. The task data are processed to compute a first performance metric reflective of performance of the automated agent relative to other entities in a first time interval, and a second performance metric reflective of performance of the automated agent relative to other entities in a second time interval. A reward for the reinforcement learning neural network that reflects a difference between the second performance metric and the first performance metric is computed and provided to the reinforcement learning neural network to train the automated agent.

    Abstract: Systems and methods relating to multi-beam forming networks using an antenna array. A matrix circuit for feeding elements of an antenna array to produce multiple beams is provided. To address beam squint issues, beam squint is mitigated by using a series of phase shifters with specific phase-delay performances between the matrix circuit and the antenna array elements. A linearly increasing or decreasing phase difference in the signals fed into adjacent antenna array elements across the array mitigates or eliminates beam squint in the resulting multiple beams. The phase shifters are programmed to provide this increasing or decreasing phase differences.

According to the method of the present disclosure, pulse repetition frequencies within a same sampling period are designed to a constant value, so that there is enough energy for coherent accumulation detection.

There is no isolation layer between the rubber layer and the metal layer of the electric contact, so no rubber overflows the outer surface of the metal layer. In the rubber and metal composite electric contact, the rubber and metal are combined firmly and the overall strength of the electric contact is adjustable; the electric contact also has good dust resistance; and the electric contact thus has stable and reliable electrical conductivity.
