    Abstract: A weapon mount is provided to connect an accessory to a weapon adjacent a sight. The mount can include a main body, a forward projecting first arm and a locking plate. The main body can engage a rear of the sight, for example, a front sight post, and the locking plate can engage a front of the sight. The locking plate, main body and mount can be centered on the post via a centering fastener projecting through a center plate hole of the locking plate, and can be clamped to the sight post via first and second fasteners projecting through the locking plate and engaged with the first arm and a second arm which can be part of the main body or a modular body. The modular body can be slidably joined with the main body via a guide rail and corresponding slot. A related method of use is provided.

The controller searches for an optimal vehicle platoon to maximize a benefit of the vehicle platoon and redistribute the benefit among members in the vehicle platoon through a incentive mechanism to motivate a driver or a vehicle owner to form and maintain the optimal vehicle platoon. The incentive mechanism resolves a benefit conflict between vehicles through the benefit redistribution, thereby promoting formation of a stable and efficient vehicle platoon. The vehicle platoon incentive mechanism will make up for insufficient research on the vehicle platoon incentive mechanism. This mechanism can determine leader-follower positions and associated benefits, offering a potential solution to the instability in platooning behavior.

    Abstract: A voltage-controlled three-terminal magnon transistor is provided, including a ferroelectric layer, a magnetic layer, a generation terminal, a control terminal, a detection terminal, and a bottom electrode. After a current is inputted into the generation terminal, a magnon is generated in the magnetic layer. The detection terminal is made of a heavy metal material, which can convert the magnon in the magnetic layer into a charge flow. When a voltage pulse applied between the control terminal and the bottom electrode exceeds a critical value, non-volatile polarization and non-volatile strain states of the ferroelectric layer change, which in turn affects a transmission capability of the magnon in the magnetic layer based on a magnetoelectric coupling effect between the ferroelectric layer and the magnetic layer. In addition, a voltage signal of the detection terminal exhibits a regular loop change behavior with a change of the voltage pulse.
