Abstract: A process for preparing emulsions of silicone gums is disclosed based on using an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer as the emulsifier. The emulsions produced by the present process are useful as coatings additives for both water-based and oil-based coatings to obtain improved slip and anti-mar properties. The emulsions may also be used in the manufacture of tires as band ply lubricants. They may also be used in personal care applications.

Abstract: In a method for generating a business process model project, a computer receives a data file comprising text, descriptive of a business process. The computer searches a sentence in the text for a keyword indicative of existence of a corresponding business artifact stated elsewhere in the sentence. In response, the computer identifies an indicator in the sentence, the indicator designating a name of the corresponding business artifact. The computer identifies a business artifact based on the keyword and the indicator. The computer generates a business process model project based in part on the business artifact.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for making silicone-in-water emulsions comprising high viscosity silicone polymers is provided. In various aspects, polyorganosiloxanes are polymerized into high viscosity silicone polymers then emulsified in a continuous process, wherein the process is carried out using a single apparatus. In some aspects, the provided apparatus is an extruder for polymerizing polyorganosiloxanes into high viscosity silicone polymers and then emulsifying such polymers.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for determining customer routing in a call center is presented. Information relating to a customer in a communication session with the call center is recorded. The information relating to the customer in a communication session with the call center is evaluated and a determination made whether to transfer the customer to a generalist. The customer is transferred to a generalist when a result of the determining is that the customer should be transferred to a generalist and the customer is not transferred to a generalist and when the result of the determining is that the customer should not be transferred to a generalist.

Abstract: A process and system for producing an effluent gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen is presented. The process includes introducing a fuel gas including a hydrocarbon and a reformer gas into a reactor system. The reformer gas may include steam, CO2, or a mixture thereof. Under steam reforming temperatures and pressures, the gases are reacted in the presence of reactant solids. The reaction process produces a carbon monoxide and hydrogen containing effluent, which may be withdrawn from the reactor system.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a contact center that includes a switching fabric 110, 130 operable to configure a communication session between a first customer and a first resource 138 for servicing of a first contact by the first resource and a contact tracking agent 232 operable, during the servicing of the first contact by the first resource, to (a) monitor the first contact center endpoint for at least one of (i) a change in contact state, (ii) the connection of the first resource and the first customer through a second (new) communication channel, and (iii) the addition of a party to and/or removal of a party from the communication session and (b), when the at least one of (i)-(iii) occurs, terminate a first contact part and create a second contact part. Information relating to a customer in a communication session with the call center is recorded. From the evaluation the type of wait treatment to use for the customer is determined and is provided to the customer.

Abstract: A User Interface system provides a physician with a user-friendly overview of operational and resource information of a Radiology Information System (RIS) and uses rules and hospital knowledge to find and filter RIS information to provide information facilitating making a particular decision. A radiology resource monitoring system comprises at least one repository including, data identifying scheduled procedures, data identifying room and equipment availability and data identifying clinician availability. A patient tracking unit monitors patient status including progress of patient procedures and patient arrival. An information management processor updates a task schedule of a worker in response to a change in patient status indicated by the tracking unit and in response to data derived from the at least one repository.

Abstract: A silicone MQ resin based composition provides the oil industry with Fluid Loss Control (FLC) additives for water based drilling muds which are non-damaging. The composition is capable of achieving zero fluid seepage through filter cake, and a short build time for the initial filter cake, while not reducing the return flow of oil from producing formations. The composition is stable in saturated salt at 120° C. and elevated pressures. The composition comprises solid particles of silicone resin with a glass transition temperature more than 70° C., and it contains solid particles of silicone resin with a particle size distribution in which ( ) at least 90 volume percent of solid particles of silicone resin have an average major axis diameter of 40 ?m or less than 40 ?m, and (ii) at least 10 volume percent of solid particles of silicone resin have an average major axis diameter of 2 ?m or less.
