By using the preparation method of the human plasma-derived hepatitis B immunoglobulin preparation according to the present invention, the efficiency of removing impurities and thrombus-producing materials is increased and a polymer content is maintained, whereby it is possible to produce human hepatitis B immunoglobulin with stable and improved quality.
