The method further includes measuring a torque, estimating a number of turns remaining to reach a target torque on the first tubular component, and controlling a rotational speed of the first tubular component based on the estimated number of turns remaining to connect the first tubular component to the second tubular component.

The emergency steering pump includes a pneumatic clutch and a displacement pump. The pneumatic clutch includes a clutch outer transmission shaft and a clutch inner transmission shaft. The variable displacement pump is provided with a pump shaft. The clutch outer transmission shaft is connected to the gearbox and the clutch inner transmission shaft is connected to the pump shaft, and a clutch disc is provided between the clutch outer transmission shaft and the clutch inner transmission shaft. When the pneumatic clutch is not ventilated, the clutch disc is in a combined state, and the clutch outer transmission shaft and the clutch inner transmission shaft are connected. When the pneumatic clutch is ventilated, the clutch disc is in a disengaged state, and the clutch outer transmission shaft and the clutch inner transmission shaft are disconnected.

A cluster of machine learning models of a plurality of clusters of machine learning models corresponding to the given problem is selected. A cluster performance score is determined for the cluster based on combining a model performance score of each machine learning model in the cluster in accordance with a corresponding weight of each machine learning model. It is determined whether the cluster performance score of the cluster is greater than a minimum cluster performance score threshold. The new machine learning model is added to the cluster to increase predictive accuracy for the given problem while the service is running without interruption in response to determining that the cluster performance score of the cluster is greater than the minimum cluster performance score threshold.
