    Abstract: A method for measuring equivalent circuit parameters and resonant frequency of a piezoelectric resonator, by which the phase-frequency curve of the piezoelectric resonator is measured, and the resonant frequency and the anti-resonant frequency are obtained. Then, the slopes of the phase-frequency curve at the resonant frequency and the anti-resonant frequency are respectively measured. The resonant angular frequency and the anti-resonant angular frequency are also calculated. Finally, the equivalent circuit parameters of the piezoelectric resonator are obtained by solving a system of nonlinear equations.

The device comprises a laser and a reference module; the reference module comprises a first reflecting mirror and a second reflecting mirror with a given transmittance; the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror are arranged with a focusing mirror and an optical fiber in sequence therebetween. The laser emits a laser light to the first reflecting mirror with a given transmittance, and the beam of the laser light transmitted through the first reflecting mirror after passing the focusing mirror is used as the reference beam after passing the optical fiber. The invention enables detection of the spectral line of each pulse and improves the precision of reflection spectrum of the ground object measured by the system.

The new method adopts a combined remediation technology of photocatalytic pre-oxidation-stepwise pyrolysis, which realizes a relatively-high removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbons and the efficient and harmless remediation of high-concentration petroleum-contaminated soil, and remedied soil can be reused.

    Abstract: A method for preparing needle coke for ultra-high power (UHP) electrodes from heavy oil is provided. In this method, heavy oil is used as a raw material. The size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is conducted with polystyrene (PS) as a packing material to separate out specific components with a relative molecular weight of 400 to 1,000. The ion-exchange chromatography (IEC) is conducted to remove acidic and alkaline components to obtain a neutral raw material. The neutral raw material is subjected to two-stage consecutive carbonization to obtain green coke, and the green coke is subjected to high-temperature calcination to obtain the needle coke for UHP electrodes. The needle coke has a true density of more than 2.13 g/cm3 and a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of ?1.15×10?6/° C. at 25° C. to 600° C.
