Abstract: A method at a server system includes: in response to a request for a user to enter a first information exchange hall, detecting a lock status of predefined information of an information exchange operation that is associated with the user and a second information hall; in accordance with a determination that an operation state of an information exchange operation that was executed at the second information exchange hall is a predefined inactive operation state: changing the lock status of the predefined information from the locked state to the unlocked state; and processing entry of the user into the first information exchange hall; and in accordance with a determination that the operation state of the information exchange operation is a predefined active operation state, initiating a process to restore entry of the user into the second information exchange hall.

Abstract: A delay-time correction circuit delays an input signal for generating a pre-drive signal to a drive unit generating a drive signal. A transition-change sensor senses a transition change in one of a turn-on operation and turn-off operation. A correction-signal generator generates a correction signal in response to the transition change sensed by the transition-change sensor and to the input signal. A delay output unit generates an output signal corresponding to the pre-drive signal by delaying the input signal using the correction signal. Abstract: The present invention provides a composition and an antiviral drug preparation, each comprising at least one water-insoluble antiviral drug and at least one water-soluble carrier material, wherein the water-insoluble antiviral drug is dispersed through the water-soluble carrier material in nano-disperse form. The present invention further provides processes for preparing the compositions and drug preparations, and also aqueous nano-dispersions obtained by combining water and the compositions.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for acquiring headcount are provided. Data frames are acquired from a surveillance video, object models are set in the data frames, and a foreground image is extracted from the data frames, wherein the foreground image includes moving objects extracted from the data frames; the moving objects in the foreground image is matched with the object models, the headcount in corresponding data frames is acquired according to a result of the matching, characteristics of the matched moving objects are extracted, and the corresponding moving objects are tracked based on the characteristics; the actual headcount for a predetermined time segment of the surveillance video is acquired based on a result of the tracking and the acquired headcount for each of the data frames, wherein the result of the tracking includes: an indication of whether some or all of the data frames includes a same moving object.
