The system (10) further includes a channel regulator (72) generating by a processor (80) one or more channel use rules based on the electronic keys. The channel use rules authorize MBAN systems (18, 20, 22) of the medical institution (14) to use the at least a portion of the MBAN spectrum. Even more, the system (10) includes one or more access points and/or ports (74, 76) notifying the MBAN systems (18, 20, 22) of presently authorized portions of the MBAN spectrum based on the channel use rules. The electronic key is based on the available spectrum of primary users like AMT, the rules are based on a key and the spectrum already occupied by other MBANs and their nodes.

    Abstract: An axial flow impeller includes a hub, at least three base blades, and a cover blade detachably mounted to each base blade. When the impeller is applied in a medium environment having a high density and viscosity, the impeller will meet the requirement only by virtue of the base blade with the cover blade being removed. When the impeller is applied in a medium environment having low density and viscosity, the cover blade can be mounted in the front and/or rear of the base blade in order to improve the efficiency of the impeller. In this case, the consumption of electrical power can be reduced significantly while producing an equivalent propulsive force, thereby being advantageous for energy conservation. Therefore, the impeller can be adaptable to different medium environments and efficiency requirements, and thus can have good adaptability, need minimal investment cost and can be convenient to use.

The catalyst is comprised of one type of metal MI, one type of metal oxide MIIOx and BiVO4 as the supporter, wherein the mass ratio of the sum of the two types of metal (MI+MII) to BiVO4 is from 1:5000 to 1:50; the mass ratio of the type of metal MI to the type of metal MII is from 1:50 to 50:1. The catalyst is used in the photocatalytic oxidation desulphurization. Under mild condition (room temperature, 1 atm), using O2 as the oxidant and xenon lamp (wavelength 420 nm<?<700 nm) as the light source, avoid the oil's absorption of light (mainly in the violet area which is below 420 nm), the desulphurization ratio of thiophene can be above 90%, meanwhile the oil won't be excited. The sulfur in thiophene can be oxidized to SO3 and absorbed by the absorbent after escaped from the reaction system.

This combination eliminates or reduces variation caused by cells at different positions receiving different intensities of the excitation light, and therefore improves accuracy of the flow cytometry analysis.
