Abstract: Acrylic adhesives containing an acrylic polymer and a plasticizer are provided. The acrylic polymer includes copolymerized monomers of a first alkyl acrylate, a second alkyl acrylate, and a vinyl carboxylic acid. The alkyl group of the first alkyl acrylate has at least 4 carbon atoms, and the alkyl group of the second alkyl acrylate has 1-3 carbon atoms. The plasticizers include a di-ethoxylated tertiary amine segment.

Abstract: In the field of communications technologies, a method, an apparatus, and a system for channel estimation are provided. The method for channel estimation includes the following steps. An error signal returned by a terminal is received, where the error signal is an error signal of at least two tones in a downlink frequency band. Channels of the at least two tones are obtained according to the error signal. The channels of the at least two tones are interpolated, and channels of remaining tones in the downlink frequency band are obtained. In the method, the apparatus, and the system for channel estimation, a convergence speed of the channel estimation is improved by reducing data of error signals returned by the terminal.

Abstract: An accessory printed circuit board (PCB) fixture is used in an electronic device to fix an accessory PCB. One end of the accessory PCB electronically connects to an edge connector of a main PCB located in the electronic device. The other end of the accessory PCB defines at least two holes. The accessory PCB fixture includes at least one positioning foot fixed on the main PCB, at least two latch portions and a connecting portion rigidly connecting the positioning foot with the latch portions. The latch portions match the holes of the accessory PCB to fix the accessory PCB. Each latch portion includes a supporting portion, a positioning portion and a hook. One surface of the accessory PCB is supported on the supporting portions. The positioning portions are received in the holes of the accessory PCB. The hooks are latched on the other surface of the accessory PCB.

Abstract: The present invention provides variants of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) comprising one or more deletions; additions of and/or substitutions with natural amino acids, unnatural amino acids and/or peptidomimetics (including peptide bond isosteres); amino acid extensions; and/or other chemical moieties such as, e.g., poly(ethylene glycol) and hydrophobic acids. The CNP variants are useful as therapeutic agents for the treatment of diseases responsive to CNP, including but not limited to bone-related disorders such as, e.g., skeletal dysplasias and achondroplasia, and vascular smooth muscle disorders such as, e.g., restenosis and arteriosclerosis.

Abstract: A method and system for creating an electronic document creates a blank electronic document, and then stores the blank electronic document into the computer according to a designated storage path and a filename. The method and system further receives parameters of template elements, extracts template elements according to the parameters from the storage device, and inserts the template elements into the blank electronic document according to the parameters to create an electronic document template.

Abstract: Methods and systems for analyzing a computer program use static and interprocedural analysis techniques and engines. A data processing operation, such as a function, is automatically identified within the computer program. It is determined whether the function represents a potential source for entry of untrusted data into the computer program. A course of the untrusted data is modeled through the identified function to produce a validation result, such as a call stack. Based on an attribute of the untrusted data (for example, whether the untrusted data is an unbounded integer or a string), it is determined whether the validation result identifies a security vulnerability of the computer program. A security vulnerability may exist, for example, when the modeled course of an unbounded integer through the function produces a buffer overrun in a call stack. The validation result is provided, via an API, software development tool, or user interface, for example.

Abstract: An apparatus comprising a transmitter configured to transmit a digital subscriber line (DSL) signal in a line from a plurality of subscriber lines according to a reference virtual noise power spectral density (PSD), wherein the reference virtual noise PSD is based on an upper bound for a worst-case far-end crosstalk (FEXT) PSD in the subscriber lines. Also included is an apparatus comprising at least one processor configured to implement a method comprising obtaining an upper bound for a worst-case FEXT PSD for a plurality of subscriber lines, obtaining a referred virtual noise PSD based on the worst-case FEXT PSD for the lines, and determining a bit-loading for the lines based on the referred virtual noise or a scaled version of the receiver-referred virtual noise.

The first radiator is “L” shape, with a first end electrically connected to the feeding portion. The second radiator is formed by a plurality of radiating sections connected one by one. A first end of the second radiator is connected to a second end of the first radiator, a second end of the second radiator is floating and facing the feeding portion. A first end of the short portion is connected to a common node of the first radiator and the second radiator, and a second end of the short portion is connected to the grounding portion.

Providing to the operating system updated processor polling information during runtime to reflect the operating conditions of the integrated processor system after the occurrence of the triggering event.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for creating a bivariate histogram with a plurality of variables using impulse noise data is disclosed. The bivariate histogram describes the joint statistics between at least two of the variables. Also disclosed is an impulse noise monitor (INM) in communication with an impulse noise sensor (INS). The INM receives error data from the INS and creates a bivariate histogram with a plurality of variables using the error data. Included is a method for providing a bivariate histogram with an impulse noise length (IL) and an impulse noise inter-arrival time (IAT) for a plurality of impulse noise events. The IL and the IAT are each measured in integer multiples of discrete multi-tone symbols, and the bivariate histogram is used to determine a minimum impulse noise protection.

Abstract: An operation method of peripheral device includes setting up connection of peripheral device to host, directly loading firmware of said peripheral device from said host, and operating said firmware by said peripheral device. The requirement of the peripheral device to non-volatile memory capacity is decreased. By pre-storing the firmware of the peripheral device in the host, the requirement of the peripheral device to non-volatile memory capacity is decreased. And it is not necessary to download the firmware in the non-volatile memory frequently when producing and debugging the peripheral device. Only loading the firmware of the peripheral device from the host directly is needed, and the efficiency is improved.
