A method may include receiving an accident message transmitted from an accident vehicle; confirming a distance between a vehicle and an accident point and whether or not a view confirming the accident point is secured, based on accident data included in the accident message; and generating witness data for the accident point depending on results of the confirming of the distance between the vehicle and the accident point and whether or not the view is secured.

Abstract: A vehicle communication system includes at least one vehicle controller configured to control functions of a vehicle and configured to output data related to the vehicle. A communication unit is configured to transmit the data output from the vehicle controller to an external data collecting device. A memory is configured to store the data. A network managing unit is configured to control the communication unit to output the data to the data collecting device when the data is different from previous data transmitted to the data collecting device.

Abstract: A system for interworking between a vehicle controller and an external resource includes at least one vehicle controller installed in a vehicle and configured to control an operation of the vehicle. At least one external device provides processing information of the external resource upon a request of the vehicle controller. A vehicle mobile gateway is connected to the vehicle controller via an in-vehicle network and connected to the external device via an external network of the vehicle to interface so that the vehicle controller and the external device may communicate with each other.

Abstract: A touch panel according to the embodiment includes a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate in a first direction and including a plurality of sensor parts and connection parts connecting the sensor parts with each other; and a second electrode formed in a second direction crossing the first direction while being insulated from the first electrode and including a plurality of sensor parts and connection parts connecting the sensor parts with each other. The sensor parts and the connection parts include transparent conductive materials, and the connection parts have resistance lower than resistance of the sensor parts in at least one of the first and second electrodes.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for collecting vehicle data is provided. The method for collecting vehicle data in a vehicle data collection server communicating with a vehicle through a wireless network includes receiving vehicle data corresponding to first to Nth data items from a first vehicle. When alternative data collection vehicles are needed, the method searches for the alternative data collection vehicles in a group of vehicles, for each of the first to Nth data items, receives vehicle data corresponding to at least one of the first to Nth data items through the searched alternative data collection vehicles, and stores the vehicle data received from the first vehicle and the vehicle data received from the alternative data collection vehicles.
