  • Publication number: 20210398094
Abstract: A device memory stores contact information for associates tasked with resolving the exceptions and a set of correspondence templates for requesting predefined types of information from one or more service providers. A processor determines a first exception has occurred associated with a first ATM. An exception profile is determined for the first exception. The exception profile is provided for viewing in a user interface accessible to the first associate. The processor receives, from the user interface, a request for information associated with resolving the first exception. Using the correspondence templates, correspondence is generated which includes the request for the information associated with resolving the first exception. The correspondence is addressed to the first service provider. The correspondence is provided to the first service provider.

  • Patent number: 11176785
Abstract: A system configured to display questions to a user regarding a transaction at an automated teller machine (ATM). The system is further configured to receive a signal from the user in response to a first question, indicating that the cash dispensed by the ATM does not match the cash the user requested. The system is also configured to receive a signal from the user in response to a second question, indicating that the received amount of cash did not match the requested amount of cash, the received denominations did not match the requested denominations, or both. The system is further configured to generate an error report that includes the information indicated by the signals, a report identifier, and a user identifier. The system generates a receipt for the user that includes the report identifier, and the system sends the report to a server for analysis.

  • Publication number: 20210284098
Abstract: The techniques of this disclosure relate to a detection device. The device includes a housing attached to an exterior portion of a vehicle and a printed circuit board. The device also includes a first sensor mounted to the printed circuit board and configured to detect first objects. The device also includes a second sensor mounted to the printed circuit board and configured to detect second objects different from the first objects. The second sensor detects the second objects based on radio frequency (RF) signals emitted by the second objects. The second objects are co-located with the first objects, and the second sensor detects the second objects when the first objects are undetected by the first sensor. The device improves a coverage of a radiation pattern of the antennas around a vehicle and reduces ADAS sensor system packaging costs.
