  • Patent number: 11822559
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for generating a holographic structure are provided. The methods may include retrieving datasets stored in an object-based database. Each dataset may store a record of an interaction between a customer and an entity. The methods may include running a first routine and a second routine on the retrieved datasets to generate a holographic token (“HT”). The HT may store user questions and an emotion. In response to an edge gateway receiving a request, from an edge device associated with the customer, to establish a communication session leveraging extended reality capabilities, the methods may include activating a representative device to establish a communication session with the edge device. The methods may also include triggering the representative device to display a holographic structure for viewing via the representative device that includes a facial image displaying the emotion and the subset of the extracted user questions.

  • Publication number: 20230348333
Abstract: A cemented tungsten carbide body is formed by mixing a tungsten carbide powder and a cobalt powder together to form a powder mixture. The tungsten carbide powder makes up greater than or equal to 80 weight percent of the powder mixture, while the cobalt binder powder makes up about 1.5 weight percent to about 20 weight percent of the powder mixture. Next, the powder mixture is compacted to form a green compact, and a boron nitride coating is applied to a surface of the green compact to form a coated compact. The coated compact is sintered at a temperature sufficient to melt the cobalt powder, such that boron from the boron nitride coating diffuses into the compact and creates a gradient of metallic cobalt and boron extending inward from the surface. The metallic cobalt content increases from the surface inward, while the boron content decreases from the surface inward.

  • Publication number: 20230344520
Abstract: Data server and client device logs may be transmitted over a network for analysis to identify potential issues such as errors. Because the logs may include significant amounts of data, the logs may be transmitted through a quantum smart grid network that leverages Li-Fi technology for increased bandwidth and improved latency. Data servers in a data center may transmit their logs to an aggregation point or node through an internal Li-Fi network. These logs may then be transmitted over the smart grid network which may carry both power and data communications.

Because the logs may include significant amounts of data, the logs may be transmitted through a quantum smart grid network that leverages Li-Fi technology for increased bandwidth and improved latency. Analysis and resolution identification may be performed by an analysis server that is supported by multiple cloud systems. Each cloud system may be independent operated from other cloud systems, and may include one or more cloud servers configured to analyze log feeds and/or identify resolutions for detected issues. The analysis server may be configured to distribute tasks to the cloud systems based on a variety of factors, and further provide switchover and failover functionality between different cloud systems depending on communication or processing conditions.

  • Publication number: 20230328333
Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing distractions from nearby devices when content susceptible to interruption is being consumed. Content susceptible to interruption is determined, and when this content is consumed on one device, nearby devices are identified and their output characteristics are modified. For example, output volume of nearby devices may be reduced, or the volume of the first device may be increased. This process is repeated with different devices as they each output content determined to be susceptible to interruption. Consumers are thus presented with fewer distractions from surrounding devices while they are consuming content that is susceptible to interruption.

  • Publication number: 20230289384
Abstract: Methods and systems for auto-populating image metadata are described herein. The system receives or accesses an image. The system then generates a link to a video having a frame that corresponds to the image. To generate the link, the system searches for a video having a frame comprising a portion of the image and generates the link such that the link comprises a timestamp of the frame. The system then modifies the metadata of the image to include the link. Once a user interaction with the image is detected, the system may follow the link to generate for display the video beginning at the timestamp.

  • Publication number: 20230281043
Abstract: A system receives job requests comprising associated job names and associated job parameters. The system performs a comparison of a job name and parameters for a first, second, and third job request with information of previously performed jobs and determines a first, second, and third amount of memory to perform the job requests. The system evaluates the first, second, and third amounts of memory with predetermined memory sizes to determine if the memory amounts exceed the predetermined memory sizes. The system negotiates with schedulers from one or more service provider networks to allocate memory from temporary memories for each amount of memory that exceeds the predetermined memory sizes. The system creates a prioritized queue comprising the first, second, and third received job requests for scheduler processing based upon the amounts of memory. The system can use a trained algorithmic model to predict the first, second, and third amounts of memories.

  • Publication number: 20230281044
Abstract: A system comprising databases, database processors, a job ingestion processor, and a processor. The databases store job information for previously performed jobs. Each previously performed job comprises timestamp, job name, and amount of memory used information. The database processors detect changes to job information of the previously performed jobs and, in response, communicate the job information associated with the affected jobs to a job ingestion processor. The job ingestion processor parses the job information into timestamp, job name, and amount of memory used variables for each affected job. The parsed job information comprises timestamp values, job name values, and amount of memory used values. The processor stores the job information variables in a data log. The processor uses the job information variables to train a machine learning algorithm and the trained machine learning model to predict amounts of temporary memory needed to execute job requests.

  • Patent number: 11743897
Abstract: Techniques are described for wireless communication. An orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) configuration of an uplink channel is identified for communications in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. An OFDMA waveform is generated based on the identified OFDMA configuration. The OFDMA waveform is communicated in a signal in the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. A virtual cell identifier of a first base station may be associated with transmissions between the first base station and a first user equipment (UE). A set of common resource blocks may be identified for transmission of a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) between the first base station and the first UE. A configuration of an uplink channel may be dynamically selected for uplink communications in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. A waveform may be generated based on the selected configuration. The waveform may be communicated in a signal in the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band.

  • Publication number: 20230262617
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamic power allocation of a first maximum uplink power and a second maximum uplink power, wherein the first maximum uplink power is used by a first transmitter to communicate with a first access point and the second maximum uplink power is used by a second transmitter to communicate with a second access point (dual connectivity). Network parameters are determined based on characteristics and/or qualities of the downlink and/or uplink signals of a wireless communication session. In response to the determined network parameters, the WCD may increase a first maximum uplink power and decrease a second maximum uplink power in order to establish or maintain dual connectivity without exceeding the device's maximum total uplink power.
