Abstract: The half-length/short cigarette. In the case of any type of filtered cigarette, the only factor that changes is the cigarette will be reduced to half of the length of the actual tobacco rolled portion of the cigarette, the length of the filter will remain the same. In the case of an unfiltered cigarette, the cigarette will be reduced to half of the typical length of the cigarette. The amount of typical full-length cigarettes that a person smokes will be reduced by half of the amount, which can enhance the possibility of giving a person the capability to quit smoking. It will also reduce the amount of time that it takes to smoke a typical full-length cigarette, and to decrease the amount of typical full-length cigarettes that are wasted because a person does not have the time to smoke a typical full-length cigarette.
