  • Publication number: 20250103069
Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods of in-line mixing of hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline. According to an embodiment, a method of admixing hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline to provide in-line mixing thereof includes determining a ratio of a second fluid flow to a first fluid flow based on signals received from a tank flow meter in fluid communication with the second fluid flow and a booster flow meter in fluid communication with a blended fluid flow. The blended fluid flow includes a blended flow of the first fluid flow and the second fluid flow. The method further includes comparing the determined ratio to a pre-selected set point ratio thereby to determine a modified flow of the second fluid flow to drive the ratio toward the pre-selected set point ratio.

  • Publication number: 20250078087
Abstract: A system comprises at least one computer device in communication with one or more server computers. The system converts unstructured text into usable order details, and uses instant messaging to notify recipients of the order details. The notices include electronic web links that launch a web interface that generates an editable, pre-populated electronic order ticket based on the order details. Submission of the electronic order ticket launches an auction during which the recipients may respond with offers to fulfill to the electronic order ticket. If after the auction more than one response is needed to fill the electronic order ticket, the system automatically allocates how and in which order the responses will be used to fill the electronic order ticket. If the electronic order ticket is not completely filled after the auction, the electronic order ticket is submitted to one or more additional exchanges for further filling.

  • Publication number: 20250060359
Abstract: Disclosed are methods and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of fibrosis by the inhibition of fibronectin matrix assembly, as well as insights into the molecular mechanism by which cell-mediated assembly of fibronectin (FN) matrix contributes to extracellular matrix (ECM) accumulation. Peptides S2, S3, S20, and variants thereof may be utilized, either alone or fused to one or more proteins. In one aspect, a construct comprising a first protein fused to a first end of a peptide and a second protein fused to a second end of the peptide may be used, where the peptide has at least 80% sequence identity to S2, S3, or S20. The peptide may then be allowed to interact with fibronectin.
