Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for generating a coordinated presentation. Content selected by a user is curated, and a plurality of images are captured for inclusion. A first data stream for the curated content and a second data stream for the captured images are received. A portion of a subject within each second data stream image is defined. An appearance of movement is tracked, and at least some of the plurality of images in the second data stream is modified. The respective content associated with the two data streams is integrated, including the modified at least some of the plurality of images, to generate the coordinated presentation that is capable of transmission to and receipt by one or more remote devices, and wherein the coordinated presentation is configured to enable interaction with at least a portion of the curated content at each of the one or more remote devices.

Access to the networked communication session is further provided to each of additional device(s) in accordance with information associated with each of the additional device(s). Each of the devices is configured via a gesture-based user interface to enable user-based selection and respective manipulation of at least a portion of the composited audio/video feed that results in a customized representation of the composited audio-video feed at a particular one device that is not represented at a particular other of the device(s).

Abstract: A system and method for detecting colored objects and decoding messages are provided. A light source is operatively coupled to a power source for emitting light on a colored object. A light receiver is configured to receive the emitted light from the light source as the light reflects off the colored object and is further configured to detect color of the reflected light. Further, a processor is operatively coupled to processor readable media and is configured to receive, via a communications module, information representing the color of the reflected light. A housing is included for supporting the light source, the light receiver, the processor and the communications module. The processor is configured to process the information representing the color of the reflected light and provide at least partial message information corresponding to the color.

A coordinated presentation is provided that comprises a content unit and a plurality of controllable display units. The content unit plays video content, a first controllable display unit plays first interactive video content and a second controllable display unit plays second interactive video content. Information regarding a selection event that occurred in the first controllable display unit is received, and a representation of the coordinated presentation is generated. The representation of the coordinated presentation is provided in a third controllable display unit without interrupting the playing of the video content. The first interactive video content is provided in the content unit, wherein the first interactive video content replaces the video content and without interrupting the playing of the first interactive video.

Abstract: Disclosed is a code detecting system and method associated with moving objects. A light source provides light and sensor detects light as it reflects from a code supported by a moving object. Light from the light source reflects from a first portion of the code as the object moves, and is detected by the light sensor. Light from the light source reflects from at least a second portion of the code as the object moves, and is detected by the light sensor. A processor determines information representing the moving object, a first time when the at least one sensor detects the light reflecting from the first portion of the machine readable code and a second time when the at least one sensor detects the light reflecting from the second portion of the machine readable code. The speed of the moving object is determined thereby and displayed.
