Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for enhancing interaction with a music simulation program. A controller interacts with the music simulation program in conjunction with a motion sensor to enable selection from among various operating modes, each representing a musical instrument or role. Distinct gestures and/or movements are detected by the motion sensor and serve to switch among the various modes during the course of the duration of a song or video without interrupting the progression of the song/video or gameplay.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for interfacing with a mobile device. According to one aspect, a method for interfacing one or more peripheral devices with a mobile device having a processor is provided. One or more unique tones/signals are generated at a respective peripheral device corresponding to an event detected by the respective peripheral device. The tones/signals are conveyed to a mobile device where they are received through a microphone in communication with the mobile device. A processor processes the signals into one or more digital commands, and correlates the digital commands with real-time data to identify an action. One or more outputs are then provided based upon the action.

Abstract: A teleprompter system and method include use of a touch-screen interface positioned intermediate to the user and a camera such that the camera captures the user's image through a transparency of the touch-screen interface. The touch screen interface is coupled to a computer and is operably connected so as to enable user control and manipulation of interactive media content generated by the computer. A video mixing component integrates images captured by the camera with interactive media content generated by the computer, as may be manipulated by the user via the touch-screen interface, to generate a coordinated presentation. The coordinated presentation can be received by one or more remote devices. The remote devices can further interact with at least the interactive media content.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and system for generating a 3-dimensional image on a 2-dimensional display of a device. The method includes the steps of receiving an image in image processor means and using the image processor means to determine at least two pixels layers in the image. A proximity value is then assigned to each pixel layer wherein the proximity value is indicative of a depth perception of the pixel layer relative to a user of a device having a display screen. An instruction module is then coupled to the image operative to cause each pixel layer to move along an axis of orientation on the 2-dimensional display of the device and at a velocity rate dependent upon the proximity value assigned to the pixel layer.

Abstract: A method and system for recruiting support, the method including connecting a processor of an organization seeking supporters to a processor of a central organizing body (COBP), providing a software application for connecting a device, including a processor, of at least one supporter of the organization to the COBP; coupling a processor of at least one source of advertising content to the COBP; transferring the advertising content by the COBP to at least one of the supporters; recruiting by the supporter at least one hierarchical child supporter to create a multi-level network of supporters; calculating advertising revenue associated with each said supporter based on pre-selected criteria; and calculating recognition for each supporter based on the calculated advertising revenue for that supporter and for the multi-level network of supporters created by that supporter.

The method and system allows implementation of complex matching techniques in real time. The method and system provides that a group of information packets originating from a single information source is checked in order to provide a query result. In addition, it provides that received information packets and information representative of a reception of extracted terms are stored in a manner that allows fast insertion and deletion of content.

Abstract: A media monitor system monitors content of a plurality of information streams provided by a plurality of information sources coupled to a media monitor system. The media monitor system is adapted to be coupled to a plurality of client systems, the media monitor system includes an information retriever, a distributor, and an analyzer. The analyzer has a real time search engine and a real time alert engine.
