Abstract: A novel carabiner-type attachment means for personal communication devices is provided. In one embodiment the carabiner-type attachment device extends from the bottom of said communication device. The attachment device is in one embodiment integral with the communication device. Alternate embodiments provide novel means for concealing the carabiner-type attachment device within the body of the communication device.

Abstract: A carabiner tool assembly is provided. The tool assembly comprises in one embodiment a body portion for storing a tool having a longitudinal length and a carabiner assembly. The body portion comprises an outside shell forming an interior chamber and an opening extending through the outside shell through to the interior chamber, the opening being sized to be only slightly larger than needed to pass the tool through in a direction along the longitudinal length of the tool. The carabiner assembly comprises a first leg having a selectively openable gate assembly, the first leg extending from a first section of the body portion. A second leg extends from a second section of the body portion and a third leg extends between and connects the first and second legs, wherein the first, second and third legs of the carabiner assembly define another opening. The carabiner assembly can also have only two legs.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for analyzing a plurality of image portions of at least a region of a sample. The apparatus includes a plurality of processors arranged to receive and analyze at least one of the image portions, and the processors being arranged to operate in parallel. The apparatus also includes a data distribution system arranged to receive image data, select at least a first processor for receiving a first image from the image data, select at least a second processor for receiving a second image from the image data, and output the first and second image portions to their selected processors.

Abstract: A writing instrument comprises a first end portion having a writing point and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion. The second end portion is capable of bending when an external force is applied thereon and is capable of resuming its initial state when the force is relieved. The second end portion is preferably made of a resilient material. The second end portion may be a plunger that drives the writing point between an exposed position and a retracted position.

Abstract: A dog poop destroyer of which includes a pressurized fluid container of water and a carrier controlled delivery nozzle with an integral supply source of microbes which can be actuated by the carrier to spray high-pressure water containing microbes at dog poop accumulations.
