Further provided is a tracking template which is provided to the customer representative, whereby the customer representative can easily provide an input through the tracking template which quickly identifies an action status relative to a given alert. A plurality of different types of alerts can be generated, and these different alerts can be given different priority levels corresponding to different levels of escalation within a management structure for an organization.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for receiving clocked data signals such as SPI-4.2 data signals is described. In one embodiment, each data signal lane is deskewed with respect to the clock by oversampling the signal on that lane, and considering multiple versions of a data sequence at different temporal offsets to the clock for correct reception of a training sequence. One of the temporal offsets is subsequently selected to provide the received bit sequence for that lane. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: A method of producing a search query result that incorporates information about previously accessed search results includes retrieving a list of results responsive to a search request from a user at a first client. A Bloom filter is applied to the results in the list of results to identify one or more first results, if any, in the list of results that the user has previously accessed. A result list is generated. The result list includes at least a portion of the list of results, based at least in part on the identified one or more first results. The result list is sent to the first client.

Abstract: The invention relates to the discovery that collagenase injections are effective in lyse the collagenous adhesions in the shoulder and treat the disorder, adhesive capsulitis. As such, the invention relates to methods of treating or preventing adhesive capsulitis, or frozen shoulder, in a patient in need of such treatment comprising injecting or otherwise delivering an effective amount of collagenase to the collagenous adhesions in the shoulder. The invention also relates to the use of collagenase in the manufacture of a medicament to treat adhesive capsulitis.

In one embodiment, a graphics driver according to the invention can receive multiple independent streams of graphical data that can be in different graphical formats. The independent streams are synchronized and converted to a common format prior to being processed. In one embodiment, multi-regional graphics are supported with off-screen and on-screen memory regions for processing. The regions of the multi-regional graphic are rendered in an off-screen memory. The data in the off-screen memory are converted to a common format and copied to on-screen memory. The data in the on-screen memory is used to generate an output image. Alpha blending can also be programmed to provide multi-regional graphics or other graphical features.

Abstract: A drilling guide for providing stability, direction, force and depth control for precise drilling comprises a hollow shaft attached to drill shaft casing, a telescopic housing connected to hollow shaft with a close coil spring, a depth measuring scale and a set of locknuts as depth controlling device. The threaded portion of hollow shaft provides means for depth measuring and controlling surface and nonthreaded portion and outward flange provides means for direction guidance for the housing. The housing which could protect adjacent objects from drilling relatively moves upwardly during downward movement of hollow shaft and stops at where locknuts are located. The housing comprises a serrated edge for aiding stability and vented holes for exiting drilling byproduct. The close coil spring can provide consistent resistance to prevent unexpected plunging of drill bit and can bring the drill bit back to the original position following the same path of drilling.
