  • Publication number: 20170075414
Abstract: A device for augmenting a user's environmental perception to enhance his/her situational awareness includes a visual display element which can be either implanted on an IntraOcular Lens (IOL), or mounted on extracorporeal eyewear. An operational mode for the device is selected from the group including: 1) direct, 2) camera, 3) sensor and 4) zoom. The selected mode is then configured with a format for presentation on the display element. Selection of the operational mode may be done manually, while appropriate changes in format to configure the operational mode can be accomplished under computer-control. For one embodiment of the device, all operational components are implantable.

  • Publication number: 20170072215
Abstract: A system and method for using a sonic wave to influence material in a target structure requires using a confined plasma antenna to generate an electromagnetic carrier wave, ?. The confined plasma antenna also pulses the carrier wave at a sonic frequency, f, to create a sonic wave. In detail, pulsing the carrier wave results in a sequential plurality of solitons which are separated from each other by a periodicity p, wherein ?<<p. For the present invention, f is selected to resonate with a material (e.g. a cellular structure) in a target structure (e.g. a patient).

  • Publication number: 20170017923
Abstract: A system incorporates an infrastructural method for commercializing a market unit which requires refining the initial efforts of an external entity in a commercial venture by a process of elimination. In detail, the external entity conceives a plan for possible implementation into a work product and submits the plan to an internal entity. The internal entity may then select the plan after conception, and subsequently evaluate the work product after its implementation before further development of the market unit. Credits are appropriately issued to the internal entity for selecting the plans and for evaluating the work products. Credits are also issued to the external entity for selection of its plan for implementation and for a successful evaluation of the resultant work product for development as a market unit. Credits can then be used as value for exchange with any external entity participating in the system.

  • Publication number: 20160331988
Abstract: A control system for delivering energy waveform radiation to influence in vivo tissue is described. For the system, the energy waveform radiation is generated by a radiation unit and is directed along a pathway to the tissue and a registration unit is provided to identify a start place relative to the in vivo tissue. Also, a monitor is provided to compare the start place with a base reference to measure an error signal between the start place and base reference. With this measured error signal, a controller operates the radiation unit using input from the monitor to effectively attain and maintain a zero error signal. More specifically, the controller can provide operational parameter inputs to the radiation unit for configuring the waveform radiation including a radiation frequency, f, and a volume intensity level, v, for the radiation and an exposure time interval, ti.

  • Publication number: 20160262974
Abstract: A system and method for balancing the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) of a person to achieve a desired physiological response requires a computer for translating a measured physiological function into a fundamental tone, ftone. In particular, the fundamental tone, ftone, is based on an inflection between sympathetic and parasympathetic responses from the ANS of the person. Binaural frequencies (f1 and f2) are established to straddle the fundamental tone, ftone, of the person, and are differentiated by a preselected beat frequency, fbeat (i.e. a brain wave frequency). A headphone is then used for simultaneously transmitting a respective binaural frequency (f1 or f2) to a respective auditory canal of the person, to thereby use the beat frequency, fbeat, for achievement of the desired physiological response. Operationally, once it has been ascertained by the computer, the fundamental tone, ftone, can be retrieved from a backup service (i.e. the “cloud”).

  • Publication number: 20160076019
Abstract: A system and method for the present invention requires use of a generator, in combination with a radiation unit, to radiate acoustic waveform energy onto a target tissue (i.e. a cellular structure). During radiation of the target tissue in accordance with a predetermined titration-like protocol, the influence of the waveform energy on the cellular structure is periodically monitored. The protocol is stopped when the cellular structure has been transformed or morphed into a desired phenotype.

  • Publication number: 20160074277
Abstract: A system and method for directing vibrational oscillating sonic waves toward a target tissue in the body of a person, to thereby influence a phenotypic differentiation of the target tissue at a cellular level, requires the use of an epidermal or implantable patch. Mounted on the patch is a sonic generator for generating sonic energy that entrains cellular functions of the target tissue for a desired phenotypic response. Also included is a unit for titrating the target tissue to monitor for changes in an expression level of the target tissue resulting from phenotypic differentiation.
