  • Publication number: 20230314954
Abstract: Dry backside and bevel edge clean is performed without exposure to plasma to remove unwanted photoresist material from a substrate. The substrate is supported on a substrate support and elevated by minimum contact area (MCA) supports so that etch gas can access a backside of the substrate. A gas distributor delivers curtain gas to a frontside of the substrate to protect photoresist material on the frontside. An etch gas delivery source delivers a first etch gas flow to the backside, and one or more peripheral gas inlets deliver a second etch gas flow to a periphery of the frontside and around the bevel edge. A radiative heat source is positioned below the substrate to heat the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11663126
Abstract: Embodiments include storing return addresses for a branch-target-buffer. Aspects include receiving a first instruction and based on a determination that the first instruction is a branch instruction and potentially a call, storing a return address associated with the branch instruction in a prediction return address table, wherein the prediction return address table includes an entry that corresponds to an index value that is created based on a target address of the first instruction, and wherein the entry includes the return address that is created based on an address of a sequential instruction of the first instruction. Aspects also include receiving a second instruction and based on a determination that the second instruction is predicted to be a return instruction with a predicted return address table index value from the branch-target-buffer, using the index value to select the return address to predict as the target address.

  • Publication number: 20230059093
Abstract: Methods and systems for treating laundry appliances with disinfecting spray are provided. The laundry appliance includes a cabinet defining an opening and a laundry vessel mounted within the cabinet. The laundry vessel defines a treatment chamber. The laundry appliance also includes a spray nozzle positioned and operable to direct a spray of sanitizing agent into the treatment chamber. The laundry appliance may be treated by closing a water valve upstream of the treatment chamber, and, while the water valve is closed, activating a pump to pump the sanitizing agent from a tank to the spray nozzle. Thus, the spray of sanitizing agent is directed into the treatment chamber by and from the spray nozzle.
