Publication number: 20030072220Abstract: The invention concerns a timepiece comprising a mainspring with constant torque, having a balance spring and a balance wheel, the balance wheel (7) oscillation being maintained through an escapement mobile element (2) by moving a fixation point of the balance spring (6) when the oscillator passes through the oscillator impulse point, bringing about a circular motion of said balance spring (6) fixation point about the oscillator, thereby driving in rotation in time the mainspring-escapement assembly (2,6,7).Type: ApplicationFiled: July 30, 2002Publication date: April 17, 2003Inventors: Elmar Mock, Bonny Witteveen

Publication number: 20030052575Abstract: The invention relates to a piezoelectric drive (1). This comprises an excitation piezoelement (10) and a resonator (2) which is coupled to this and which is in interactive connection with a body (3) to be driven. The resonator (2) has a mass distribution which is designed in a manner such that as a result of an excitation oscillation by the piezoelement (10), the resonator (2) begins to asymmetrically oscillate in several directions dependent on the frequency of the excitation oscillation, and these oscillations via the interactive connection displace the body to be driven into a directed movement.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 7, 2002Publication date: March 20, 2003Inventors: Elmar Mock, Bontko Witteveen

Patent number: 6315939Abstract: Stretch blow molded containers are made from a preform made of a plastic material suitable for stretch blow molding such as, e.g., PET. The preform is heated to a temperature suitable for stretch blow molding and is introduced into a mold. An explosive gas mixture is introduced into the preform with a stretching pressure and the preform is axially stretched with the help of a stretching rod. After stretching, the explosive gas mixture is ignited, the explosion creating a blowing pressure which presses the wall of the preform against the inner wall of the mold so as to impart to the container its definite form. Due to the temperature shock generated by the explosion, the inner surface of the container is simultaneously sterilized.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 1999Date of Patent: November 13, 2001Assignee: Tetra Laval Holdings & Finance SAInventors: Elmar Mock, Lars Bergholtz

Patent number: 6279769Abstract: A mouth forming device for a container includes an opening section, an operating section and a supporting section which are disposed in substantially the same plane. A substantially U-shaped groove is provided between one end portion of the opening section and one end portion of the operating section. The supporting section surrounds a portion of the opening section and the operating section. The operating section is linked to and supported by the supporting section through axles. The opening section, the operating section and the supporting section are integrated through a thin wall portion and the support axles by molding. When the other end portion of the operating section is raised, the axles are twisted and the operating section rotates about the axles to close groove. Accordingly, the end portion of the opening section is pressed by the end portion of the operating section and the part of the container located beneath the opening section is opened by the opening section.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 1999Date of Patent: August 28, 2001Assignee: Tetra Laval Holdings & Finance S.A.Inventors: Patrik Duvander, Elmar Mock, Andre Klopfenstein

Patent number: 5530763Abstract: A hearing aid has a skeleton, with an outer support element (3), an inner support element (4) and a connecting element (5), on which are arranged at least part of the electronic components (41, 42) of the hearing aid. The two support elements essentially form the end faces (IS, AS) of an irregular frustum. To the support elements is fixed a diaphragm (2) in such a way that it essentially forms the circumferential surface of the frustum. The diaphragm (2) and the skeleton (3, 4, 5) together form a substantially tubular molding cavity, in which a shaped member (1) adapted to the individual auditory canal is molded with a hardening molding compound in the ear of the user. Prior to the molding process the skeleton can be roughly adapted to the individual auditory canal by a suitable deformation of the connecting element (5). The diaphragm (2) is not only gas-permeable and liquid-impermeable at right angles to its main surface.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 1994Date of Patent: June 25, 1996Assignee: Ascom Audiosys AGInventors: Walter Aebi, Elmar Mock, Gregoire Iten

Patent number: 5439124Abstract: A closure unit for a container for storing and handling flowable products is made from at least two different thermoplastic materials, the different materials fulfilling different functions. A basic thermoplastic material (A.2) is used for sealing against the container (G.2), and an area made of another different thermoplastic material (B.2,C) is provided to fulfill additional sealing functions, to increase mechanical stability, to have a reduced permeability, and to provide increased elasticity for additional opening and closing and/or absorption characteristics. The closure unit is produced by a multimaterial injection molding process, so that contact surfaces between the different thermoplastic materials can be interconnected by reversible or irreversible positive engagement and/or by more or less pronounced melting into one another. The closure unit is in two parts and comprises a pouring part (1.2) and a closure part (2.2), or is in one part.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 1993Date of Patent: August 8, 1995Assignee: Tetra Laval Holdings & Finance S.A.Inventor: Elmar Mock
