  • Publication number: 20190062006
Abstract: A bottle closure includes a base and top portion. The base portion is attachable to a bottle. The base portion has a first passageway extending therethrough configured to communicate with a bottle interior. The top portion is releasably connectable with the base portion. The top portion is movable relative to the base portion between open and closed positions. When open, the top portion is spaced from the base portion to provide access to the base portion first passageway. When closed, the top portion is in register with the base portion and covers the base portion first passageway. The top portion further has a second passageway extending therethrough and a drink spout in the second passageway. The drink spout has a portion configured for movement in the second passageway between open and closed positions. The open position allows fluid communication through the second passageway and the closed prevents it.

  • Publication number: 20180363839
Abstract: An apparatus for receiving a liquid container adapted and configured to be removably coupled to an object includes a first clip portion and a second clip portion pivotally coupled to one another. The first clip portion has an outer facing portion, an inner facing portion opposite the outer facing portion, a first end, and a second end. The first end has a plurality of concentric step portions consecutively positioned with increasing depth relative to the outer facing portion. The first end has a stem receiving opening and a stem receiving channel adapted and configured to allow a stem to pass into the first end and into the stem receiving opening. The second clip portion has a first end and a second end. The first end has an opening through the second clip portion and a stem receiving channel.

  • Publication number: 20180290164
Abstract: A bottle closure includes a drink spout, pump mechanism, trigger mechanism and lock mechanism. The trigger mechanism is moveable between a first trigger position and a second trigger position. The lock mechanism is engageable with the trigger mechanism and movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The lock mechanism is adapted to engage the trigger mechanism when the lock mechanism is in the engaged position and thereby prevent the trigger mechanism from moving from the first trigger position to the second trigger position. The lock mechanism is further adapted to permit the trigger mechanism to move from the first trigger position to the second trigger position when the lock mechanism is in the disengaged position.

  • Patent number: 10085543
Abstract: A pet water bottle assembly comprising an upper bottle member and a cup member. An upstanding wall and an upwardly facing bottom surface of the cup member collectively define a reservoir adapted to hold liquid. The upstanding wall has a first circumferential wall portion with a first wall portion height and a second circumferential wall portion with a second wall portion height. The first wall portion height is greater than the second wall portion height to thereby provide a pet enhanced access to liquid within the reservoir when the cup member is tilted such that a top surface of liquid in the reservoir is level with the first axial extent. The cup member is adapted such that the upper bottle member snugly nests within the cup member.
