    Abstract: A driving tool attaching device includes a handle having two plates secured together and disposed parallel to each other and each having a tool retainer, the tool retainers include an engaging depression to receive a tool element. A sleeve is slidably engaged onto the tool retainers, and movable relative to the tool retainers, to retain the tool retainers together, and to prevent the tool retainers from being moved away from each other, and to solidly retain the tool element between the tool retainers. A spacer may be secured between the plates, to space the plates from each other. The handle may include a tool driving member for driving fasteners.

    Abstract: A clip includes two jaw portions having one end secured together with a coupling portion and having the other end for clamping onto a sheet material. One of the jaw portions includes a fastener extended through the other jaw portion, and engaged with such as a lock nut, for clamping and securing the jaw portions onto the sheet material. The fastener and the lock nut will not be easily disengaged from each other such that the jaw portions will not be disengaged from each other inadvertently. The lock nut includes a barrel engaged between the fastener and the jaw portion.

    Abstract: A weighing device includes a tubular housing, a pair of levers pivotally secured the tubular housing and each having a jaw biased to grasp an object to be weighed and a handle for moving the jaws away from each other against a spring. The jaws are movable away from each other to grasp the object when the handles are moved toward each other, such that the handles may actuate the jaws away from each other to grasp the object. Two links have outer ends secured to the levers and inner ends secured together. The spring may bias the links to force the handles away from each other.
