Abstract: The design of a center weight lift bar, internal weights and strategically placed hand grips satisfies the different requirements for health and martial arts training that are presently not met by existing conventional training bags. The redesigned Core XT Trainer Bag is not only designed for a variety of exercises, the bag also employs the maximum in safety technology to avoid contact injury to the users. The extensive versatility of this trainer bag makes it a highly usable training tool due to it's replacement of multiple single function bags.
