Publication number: 20260195535Abstract: Systems and methods identify emerging topics in calls to a call center. A call transcript database stores textual call transcripts of calls to the call center. An emerging topic identification computer system identifies the emerging topics in the calls to the call center based on the textual call transcripts. An embedding module generates call transcript embeddings for the calls from the textual call transcripts, where each call transcript embedding consists of a vector indicative of the contextual significance of one or more words in the call transcript. A clustering module clusters, using a clustering algorithm, calls to the call centers into multiple clusters based on the call transcript embeddings. A domination analysis module identifies one or more emerging topics in calls to the call center based on the multiple clusters. A driving analysis module identifies terminology driving each of the one or more emerging topics. A report generation module generates a report for the emerging topics.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 3, 2025Publication date: July 9, 2026Applicant: The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.Inventors: Eric Myers, Ross O’Connell

Publication number: 20260187418Abstract: A system and method for categorizing electronic transactions are described. The system may execute instructions including receiving a first and a second transaction dataset, building a first and a second custom model by training the NLP model using the first and the second transaction dataset respectively, updating the first and the second custom model using a first part of a third transaction dataset to generate a first and a second tuned model, testing the first and the second tuned model using a second part of the third transaction dataset to obtain a first model performance score of the first tuned model and a second model performance score of the second tuned model, building a categorization model based on a determination that the first model performance score is greater than the second model performance score, and categorizing a latest transaction data to a corresponding category using the categorization model.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2025Publication date: July 2, 2026Applicant: The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.Inventors: Doru BALCAN, Krishna VARIKOOTY, Ross O'CONNELL, Dale LINTNER, Tara NAPOLITANO, Tian ZHANG, Ritika KHURANA, Eric MYERS

Patent number: 12629206Abstract: A method for evaluating placement of a prosthetic device. The method comprises designating a position in a depiction of an anatomical region that includes a first structure in which the device is to be placed, the depiction showing the first structure and/or a blood pool volume of a second structure, and wherein the designated position corresponds to a position in the first structure at which the device may be placed. The method further comprises defining a plane and offsetting a representation thereof to a point in the depiction(s) at which the device would intersect the blood pool volume if placed at the designated position. The method comprises manipulating the orientation and/or position of the offset representation and determining a cross-sectional area of the blood pool volume along the manipulated representation for evaluating obstruction through the second structure if the device was placed at a corresponding position in the first structure.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 2018Date of Patent: May 19, 2026Assignee: HENRY FORD HEALTH SYSTEMInventors: Dee Dee Wang, Eric Myers, William O'Neill, Marianne L Rollet
