The various elements of the system for generating the quality of service metrics are integrated, with the same or substantially the same schema and metadata in the databases management systems of the externalized metric configuration data database, and the raw transaction data database. There is extensive code reuse, with the various engines, as the standard requirements methodology engine and thee standardized extensible calculation engine utilizing the same classes or objects, and as appropriate, the same function calls, interfaces, api's, and the like.

Abstract: A computerized method, program product, and a service that discovers trace data inserted into a source database having an unknown schema. Once the trace data is found by a dynamic data discovery engine, the tables, the fields, and the attributes of the fields in the source schema in which the trace data were located can be evaluated to determine if the data in the fields are pertinent to a target database. If so, then the data in those fields can be mapped and transferred to a target database. The dynamic data discovery engine generates the commands in both the source and the target database command language to find all pertinent data, map and transfer the data from the source database to a target database. The dynamic data discovery engine generates commands to create the target database and/or fields within an existing target database for the mapped and transferred data.

Abstract: The invention provides a floodlight in which the lamp axis is offset from the axis of a reflector. In the preferred embodiment an arc lamp is oriented vertically when the reflector axis is oriented at an oblique downward angle. The reflector includes a back reflector having a parabolic reflecting surface and a front reflector having at least one ellipsoidal reflecting surface disposed symmetrically about the reflector axis. In a preferred embodiment the front reflector is hinged to the back reflector and can be pivoted away from the back reflector to expose the lamp to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
