  • Publication number: 20100015523
Abstract: Provided is a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly composed of a cathode, an anode, and a separator interposed between the cathode and anode, wherein the cathode and anode have an electrode material containing an active material applied on a current collector, a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a lithium salt, hydrophobic inactive-particles (also, referred to as “hydrophobic particles”) included in the electrode material, and a battery case sealing all the constituent components. Upon adding hydrophobic inactive-particles to the electrode material in a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery, absorption and inflow of water into the electrode material during the battery production is effectively inhibited such as to prevent side reactions caused by water inside the battery, thereby exhibiting improvement in the high-temperature storage characteristics of the battery.

  • Publication number: 20090193027
Abstract: An information service system using USN nodes, a network and a service server connectable to ubiquitous sensor network (USN) nodes through the network are disclosed. The information sensed by the USN nodes is transmitted to the service server connected to an external network, so that an administrator can check the context of surrounding environment where the USN nodes are installed, through the service server. The operation command for a specific object associated with a specific USN node, input by an administrator accessed the service server, is transmitted to the USN node via the network, so that the USN node can operate the specific object. The USN can be established at relatively small size, reducing installation costs, maintenance fees, and resource waste. Thus, the USN can be widely used in the applications.

  • Patent number: 7510663
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a conductive organic thin film device. An air-bridge type of an upper electrode is formed over a lower electrode by using a sacrificial layer and then a gap having a thickness of several nano meter is formed in a part at which the upper electrode and the lower electrode intersect by removing the sacrificial layer. The conductive organic molecules are uniformly adsorbed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode of the nano gap. Adsorption extent of the conductive organic molecules is confirmed by observing a current flowing through the upper and lower electrodes when the conductive organic molecules are adsorbed. Thus, reproducibility of a manufacturing process is improved and mass production is facilitated by adoption of a standardized process.
