  • Publication number: 20240252577
Abstract: A composition for inhibiting proliferation of tumor comprising Rubus coreanus extract as effective component. It was found that the Rubus coreanus extract binds to PD-L1 present on the surface of cancer cells, thus blocking the interaction between cancer cells and PD-1 on the surface of T cells to activate T cells and exhibit an inhibitory effect on tumor proliferation, and it was also found that the Rubus coreanus extract shows an excellent anti-tumor immune activity in humanized PD-1 animal model induced with MC38 colorectal cancer expressing human PD-L1 and also a synergistic effect when co-administered with anti-cancer agents.

  • Patent number: 12050224
Abstract: Disclosed are a compound with near-infrared fluorescence that selectively binds to tau aggregates, a method for preparing the same, a tau-targeting near-infrared fluorescent probe including the compound, a composition for detecting a tau fiber protein containing the near-infrared fluorescent probe as an active ingredient, and the use of the composition for the diagnosis of tauopathy. In particular, the compound does not bind to an amyloid beta protein and has high selectivity to a tau aggregate, specifically reported as an etiology of the initial state of tauopathy, thus being useful as a near-infrared fluorescent detector for detecting a tau fiber protein for early diagnosis of a tauopathy including Alzheimer's disease.

  • Patent number: 12039147
Abstract: A link shared through a chat room in a chat application is displayed. When a selection of the link is received, a content execution result corresponding to the link through an in-app browser of the chat application or an external browser distinct from the chat application is displayed. A notification for a new chat message is then displayed while the content execution result is being displayed through the in-app browser or the external browser. When a selection for the notification of the new chat message is received, the display of the content execution result is switched to a display of the chat room in which the new chat message was received. A content box, which enables access to the content execution result, is displayed on the switched display of the chat room.

  • Patent number: 12036905
Abstract: A backboard assembly for a vehicular rear seat is disclosed. The backboard assembly includes an upper part and a lower part, which are made of a hard plastic material. The backboard assembly prevents the formation of a gap between the lower part and a luggage board, regardless of the operational mode of the rear seat. When a seat back is folded, the upper part, the lower part, and the luggage board are aligned in a horizontal direction, thereby allowing the space for passengers in the rear seat to be completely integrated with a luggage compartment.

  • Publication number: 20240020832
Abstract: Disclosed are a system and method for analyzing a stool image, which derive the state of the large intestine of a user by analyzing a stool image by using a pre-trained deep learning model. The system for analyzing a stool image may include an input unit configured to receive stool images of a user, a data set generation unit configured to generate a data set by grouping the stool images in chronological order, an analysis unit configured to derive information on a stool state of the user or information on a state of the large intestine of the user by analyzing the data set, and an output unit configured to output the information on the stool state or the information on the state of the large intestine. The endoscopic activity of ulcerative colitis can be predicted from a camera image of stool even without performing a colonoscopy.

  • Publication number: 20230268184
Abstract: A thin film deposition method may include preparing a substrate structure having an opening region formed in a vertical direction and a plurality of holes formed in a horizontal direction in each of two side portions exposed by the opening region, and adsorbing an inhibitor to surfaces of the substrate structure so that an adsorption density of the inhibitor outside of the plurality of holes is higher than an adsorption density inside of the plurality of holes by adsorbing the inhibitor in a deposition environment in which a gas diffusivity is larger in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction. A deposition process of a material film on the inside and outside of the plurality of holes is then performed, wherein a deposition rate of the material film may vary according to the adsorption density of the inhibitor.
