The hydrogel composition comprising a decellularized uterine tissue-derived extracellular matrix can be utilized to fabricate an endometrial organoid highly similar to in vivo uterine tissues and organs through the properties, components, and physical properties of the decellularized uterine tissue-derived extracellular matrix, and such endometrial organoids can be advantageously used for in-vivo implantation and in drug tests for various uterus-related diseases.
