The surveillance camera capable of adjusting a position to photograph or capture video images of a monitored area by adaptively driving a camera part in accordance with a predetermined monitoring mode selected by an external controller, includes a pan sensor detecting a standard position of a pan motor that transversely rotates the camera part; a tilt sensor detecting a standard position of a tilt motor that perpendicularly rotates the camera part; and a control part outputting a driving control signal for driving the pan motor and/or the tilt motor, adaptively, according to the received monitoring mode selecting signal, such that standard positions of the pan motor and/or the tilt motor are detected respectively by the pan sensor and/or the tilt sensor by a certain period set according to the monitoring mode.

Abstract: A food keeping refrigerator is provided. The food keeping refrigerator keeps food in refrigerating and freezing chambers and refrigerates and freezes the food through a cooling device. The food keeping refrigerator preserves the freshness and nutrition of food for an extended period of time by emitting appropriate light to the food stored in the refrigerating and freezing chambers of the food keeping refrigerator. The food keeping refrigerator includes a storing device that stores food keeping information, a light generating device mounted inside the refrigerating and freezing chambers that generates light and emits the light to the food, and a controller that reads the food keeping information corresponding to the food from the storing device and controls the light generating device to emit the light according to the food keeping information.

The communication unit sends a file comprising a list of the APIs to a client terminal, receives one of the APIs from the client terminal, and then sends an execution result to the client terminal. Abstract: Provided are a communication terminal operable as a server and a method for processing a request therein. The communication terminal comprises a user input unit, a storage unit, a communication unit, and a control unit. The user input unit receives a user input. The storage unit stores software storing software necessary to process a request from a client terminal. The communication unit receives the request from the client terminal connected to a relay server, and sends data through the relay server in response to the request. The control unit receives the request from the client terminal, processes the request, and controls the communication unit according to the user input or the software stored in the storage unit. Here, the communication terminal is connected to the client server via a gateway server converting a private IP address into a certified IP address and the relay server having a common IP address and forwarding data.

Abstract: An RLP (Radio Link Protocol) frame receiving method transmits an RLP frame entirely and quickly in consideration of a radio environment in a mobile communication system. The method discriminates an error frame from the received RLP frame, measures a degree of loss of the received RLP frame and compares the measured degree of loss with a reference value when the error frame is detected. XID parameters (Exchange Identification Parameters) set during an initial stage of reception are varied on the basis of a comparison result and retransmission is then requested of the RLP frame corresponding to the error frame on the basis of the varied XID parameters.
