A power cord may be coupled to the electronic component. The handheld appliance may include a cord storage compartment coupled to the housing to close the opening. The cord storage compartment may include a central support portion. The power cord may be configured to be at least partially wrapped around the central support portion. The cord storage compartment may be movable relative to the housing between: (1) a closed position wherein the central support portion is located within the cavity of the housing; and (2) an open position wherein the central support portion protrudes from the housing to allow adjustments to an amount of the power cord that is wrapped around the central support portion.

The primary cavity may have a rear portion located between the first and second storage units and the rear end of the base. A compressor may be located within the rear portion of the primary cavity and may be operably coupled to the first storage area to cool the first storage area.

The toaster device may include a toaster cover comprising an actuation element. The toaster cover may be alterable between a detached state in which the toaster cover is separated and remote from the toaster body and an assembled state in which the toaster cover rests atop the toaster body to cover the bread slot and the actuation element of the toaster cover actuates the switch into the cut-power state.
