    Abstract: A rotating positioning member of a front wheel of a golf trolley is revealed. A front wheel set is disposed at a front end of a lower frame and including a front wheel base fixed on the lower frame, a front wheel frame, and a front wheel pivotally connected to the front wheel frame. The front wheel base is mounted with an inclined guide slot. A connecting rod is formed on the front wheel frame and pivotally connected to the inclined guide slot. Thus the connecting rod drives the front wheel frame to rotate 90 degrees and the front wheel frame further drives the front wheel to horizontally lean against the lower frame when the front wheel frame is rotated toward the lower frame in the inclined guide slot due to the connecting rod. Thus the golf trolley is easy to fold up for storage.

The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure, including forming a dummy gate on a substrate; forming a second etch stop layer over the dummy gate; forming a dielectric layer over the dummy gate; replacing the dummy gate with a metal gate; etching back the dielectric layer to form a second surface of the dielectric layer lower than a first surface of the metal gate; and forming a first etch stop layer over the metal gate and the dielectric layer.

    Abstract: A method includes a patterned hard mask layer formed over a substrate. The substrate is etched using the patterned hard mask layer to form a trench therein but leaving at least one elongated portion of the substrate inside the trench. A first isolation layer is formed over the patterned hard mask layer. The first isolation layer fills the trench and covers the at least one elongated portion of the substrate. A portion of the first isolation layer is removed to expose the at least one elongated portion of the substrate. The at least one elongated portion of the substrate is thereafter removed to form a first opening. A second isolation layer is formed over the first opening, the patterned hard mask layer, and the first isolation layer, the second isolation layer sealing the first opening to form an air gap.

    Abstract: A method for single-cycle selection of aptamers is provided. More specifically, a method comprising single-cycle selection of aptamers for proteins blotted on a membrane is provided. In some embodiments, the present methods can comprise a deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I) mediated aptamers selection strategy that may be capable of isolating strong binding aptamers for target proteins from a crude protein extract. Aptamers selected using the present method are further provided. More specifically, the presently selected aptamers may be thermally stable, modifiable and easily produced through single-cycle synthesis process. The present aptamers may provide unique affinity reagents for use in diagnosing and detecting infectious disease (for example Hepatitis B), for research and biochemical studies (e.g. into molecular mechanisms). Further, the present aptamers may be utilized to develop unique assays or kits for clinical application, such as monitoring disease treatment and outcome.
